The capital, in it's all the forms, is the fundamental element of life on this planet and the economics of it is the fundamental principle. It is the possession and independency of individual, in terms of capital, is the key to have life standards, identity, honour, equality and finally the power in decision-making spectrum at every level of his/her formal and informal life pattern and social structure. Unfortunately, the women lagged nearly in all respect to participate and represent their potential for the development of self, their family, community belonging and the nation as a whole. This communication attempts to address: what is women's empowerment? What is the gender equality? why and how should we empower women first towards economic and financial independency under achieving gender equality? Further, attempt has been made to understand how this gender inequality came into picture as a norm in Indian Social Fabric under good faith but now it has become the basic hurdle for women empowerment in 21st century. Along with these, the concept of Synergistic Effect has been introduced for the empowered human resource working force and related vibrant work-force culture at the workplace, to attain the desired efficacy in production quality and quantity, happiness index in satisfaction and fullness of having positive vibes in every situation in day to day life.
