Artificial intelligence AI has emerged as a transforming force reshaping contemporary organisation life and redefining the contours of human resource management HRM. The convergence of digital intelligence and human capital functions present both and unprecedented opportunity for strategic value creation and a profound ethical dilemma regarding concepts like fairness transparency and autonomy.
