Aims & Objectives: To assess the impact of diet and lifestyle in Obesity. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted to assess the weight, BMI and Anthropometric Measurements in obesity among the people of ILKAL city, Karnataka. The 20 subjects were selected for the study and advised Ahara and Vihara for 60days. Results: This study showed a good improvement in the reduction of weight and other anthropometric measurements. Conclusion: Diet (Ahara) and lifestyle (Vihara) change had an enormous improvement in Obesity subjects.
