  Abstract


Businesses are increasingly using digital marketing to boost visibility, engage audiences, and generate quality leads. This study explores how Clarozon Technologies, an IT firm in Coimbatore, uses strategies like SEO, social media marketing, PPC, email campaigns, and content marketing to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Data was collected through a questionnaire and analysis of digital metrics over six months. Results show that SEO and content marketing are most effective for organic leads, while SMM and PPC help in short-term boosts. The study also emphasizes the value of data analytics, personalization, and automation. Key suggestions include better audience targeting and ongoing campaign monitoring.
