The transition from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 to Oracle Cloud ERP represents a monumental shift in enterprise operations, driven by the demands of digital transformation, scalability, and real-time data intelligence. This review explores the strategic, technical, and organizational dimensions of migrating to Oracle Cloud ERP with minimal operational disruption. Drawing from peer-reviewed studies, industry case analyses, and vendor best practices, the study identifies critical factors such as organizational readiness, change management, phased deployment strategies, and adaptive learning systems. It also proposes a theoretical model and presents empirical results from real-world implementations.
