Abstract
The rapid progress in artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) has made it possible to create intelligent chatbots that can offer medical aid. This paper discusses MedBot, an AI-based chatbot aimed at offering interactive medical science support. MedBot uses machine learning models, NLP methods, and an extensive medical knowledge base to provide accurate health information, offer preliminary diagnoses, and propose probable treatments. The chatbot seeks to improve patient interaction, decrease the workload of healthcare professionals, and offer affordable medical advice. This study addresses the system architecture, methodologies, implementation, and assessment of MedBot, with an emphasis on its efficacy in helping users with medical questions.
