Abstract
Pregnancy is a unique and complex physiological state, marked by significant
changes in the physical, emotional, and social dimensions of a woman's life. The first trimester,
in particular, is a critical period, characterized by rapid embryonic development, hormonal
fluctuations, and adaptations to the pregnancy state.
Common discomforts such as morning sickness, fatigue, mood swings, and breast tenderness are
ubiquitous during the first trimester, affecting up to 80% of pregnant women. These discomforts
can significantly impact a woman's quality of life, daily functioning, and overall wellbeing.Conventional treatments provide symptomatic relief, but individualized homeopathic
medicine offers a holistic approach by addressing the underlying susceptibility of each patient.
