This research examines the influence of HR automation tools on recruitment efficiency which includes candidate sourcing, evaluation, and decision-making pertaining to hiring. This study analyzes multiple HR technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), chatbots, and predictive analytics, and illustrates their impacts on reduced hiring timelines, candidate experience, and bias mitigation. The research also analyzes how insights derived from data aid the decision-making process and detail the impact on the strategic hiring decision.
