Abstract
This study examines the literature on technostress, which is related to the extensive use of technology in modern life. As digital tools enhance productivity and communication, they also create challenges. This research identifies publication trends, influential articles, and emerging themes in technostress literature through bibliometric analysis of Scopus data. Findings show significant growth in research from 2013 to 2024, reflecting concerns about individuals' well-being. The paper highlights the need for effective prevention strategies and recommends future research to address technostress's impacts on individual and organizational health.
