Abstract
Leadership style plays a pivotal role in shaping employee performance and job satisfaction. This study explores various leadership styles--transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire--and their impact on employees. Data was collected from 200 employees across different sectors using a structured questionnaire. Findings reveal that transformational leadership significantly enhances job satisfaction and performance, while laissez-faire leadership has a negligible impact. The study underscores the importance of adopting an effective leadership style for organizational success.
