ABSTRACT:
In remote area you can access library e resource. If you want any topic or concept physically it is limited. Now technology is developed in mobile apps. The Library come with you anywhere and anytime (24x7) because if you are in the middle of sea, centre of forest and top of the hills, you can easily access mobile library. Because it is on-demand like as cloud. While cloud is store, run as alone used in mobile library. That mobile library where developed by the SIM and network, no need in e SIM / I SIM of the mobile directly connected to the satellite now android also developing e SIM / I SIM no need to suffer about network and tower. So the mobile library app can access and refer anywhere and anytime (24x7) you can also nearby library ever you have one mobile with one mobile library app.
