An overview of the newly emerging topic of mushroom cosmetics is given in this abstract, which also highlights the mushrooms' exceptional qualities, sustainability, and prospective advantages for skincare and attractiveness. Cosmetics made from mushrooms offer a fresh take on environmentally friendly and sustainable beauty products. Bioactive substances found in mushrooms, such as polysaccharides, beta-glucans, and antioxidants, have several positive effects on skin health.
