This study examines the transformative effects of financial technology (fintech) on traditional banking institutions. The primary objective is to assess how fintech innovations are reshaping the financial landscape, focusing on their impact on banking operations, customer experience, and overall financial stability. The research question centers on understanding the extent to which fintech has disrupted traditional banking models and the potential for coexistence or competition between these two sectors.(1) The methodology employed includes a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative analysis of financial data with qualitative interviews from industry experts. Data is collected from various banking institutions and fintech companies, analyzing performance indicators, customer satisfaction rates, and market share changes over the last decade.
