Abstract
Mental health is crucial for overall well-being, yet many face barriers to accessing timely
support. This project leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to provide immediate, accessible, and
anonymous mental health assistance through an AI-powered chatbot. Utilizing advanced models like
Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), the system analyzes user
interactions and emotional patterns, integrating data from wearable devices and sentiment analysis for
personalized interventions. Preliminary results indicate the chatbot's effectiveness in detecting suicide risk
and emotional states, while a 24/7 crisis support feature enhances user engagement. MindScape
demonstrates the potential of AI to transform mental health care by enabling early risk detection and
tailored support, underscoring the need for AI integration in mental health services to improve outcomes
and relieve healthcare system pressures.
