Student absenteeism remains a pervasive challenge in educational settings and it creates negative impact on students' academic and behavioral development. This study aims to systematically evaluate how absenteeism affects students' educational outcomes and conduct. Utilizing a comprehensive analysis of student attendance records, academic performance and behavioral reports, the relationship between varying levels of absenteeism and subsequent declines in academic achievement, including lower grades and test scores are analyzed. In addition, the study assesses the impact of absenteeism on student behavior, focusing on increases in disciplinary issues and decreased engagement in classroom activities. Through statistical analysis students the study highlights significant negative correlations between absenteeism and academic and behavioral indicators.
