This paper critically examines the potential of Internet of Things (IoT)-based technologies to enhance women's safety in various environments. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing IoT applications designed specifically for this purpose, the paper identifies key gaps and evaluates the effectiveness of these solutions in preventing and responding to threats against women.
