Abstract
Renal stone is a condition causing considerable morbidity and financial burden to community. its recurrence is quite common. It manifests as pain in flanks and burning micturition rarely blood in urine. Homeopathy is effective not only in removing the sign and symptom of renal stone but also the recurrence of this disease. Homoeopathy works on individualistic approach of the patient. Homeopathic medicine will treat the patient if the symptomatology of the patient is matching with that of medicine.
In synthesis repertory much importance is given to mental generals and physical generals. Synthesis repertory is based on INDUCTIVE LOGIC i.e. from Generals to particulars. All general symptoms and uncommon symptoms are important.
In this case, synthesis repertory was taken, and the results were satisfying.
