  Abstract


This study has been undertaken to inspect the impacts of rhymes channels in fostering educational values in early childhood. It also explores the crucial role of these channels in the cognitive development of young audiences in addition to enhanced second language acquisition. As rhymes, songs and rhythms play a major role in the early stages of childhood its impact is much stronger and faster in early childhood developments such as language learning, phonological and Psychological awareness, reading and spelling, social interactions, vocabulary expansion, syntax and sentence structuring and more. The purpose of this study was to investigate the direct and indirect impacts of YouTube children's songs on preschool children's language development and second language acquisition. The article examines the impact of direct exposure to YouTube children's music on the preschool child. Furthermore, a research of the effects of these nursery channels on preschoolers revealed that exposure to YouTube music can help children learn by increasing engagement, creating a desired environment, improving concentration and memory, and keeping children on track. On the contrary, these channels might be far more misleading to children because passive consumption causes behavioural changes and greater screen time limits their imagination and inventiveness. Thus, nursery rhyme channels can be employed as an effective learning aid.
