Through a comparative analysis of the long-lasting effects of colonization on indigenous communities' rights and socioeconomic circumstances, this study explores the historical injustices and institutional racism that these groups have experienced in these countries. In order to understand how colonialism came to be in each country, the study first looks at its historical underpinnings. It emphasizes how indigenous groups have been severely impacted by the imposition of European legal systems, land confiscation, and cultural oppression. It investigates the ways in which colonial behaviors and policies have fueled continued socioeconomic inequality and upheld inequality. Analyzing the legal protections and frameworks for indigenous rights in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand in comparison is a crucial aspect of the research.
