This study examines the effectiveness of e-Governance initiatives implemented by the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) in enhancing citizen participation. With rapid urbanization and the digital transformation of public services, e-Governance has emerged as a vital tool for improving government-citizen interactions. The research adopts a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive insights from a diverse range of stakeholders, including citizens, government officials, and experts in information technology. The findings indicate that the NDMC's e-Governance initiatives have significantly improved transparency, efficiency, and accessibility of municipal services, leading to increased citizen engagement.
