Abstract
The Indian situation has changed dramatically as a result of globalisation, high levels of competitiveness, and organisational work cultures. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of WORK LIFE BALANCE among women working in various educational institutions in order to determine the impact of this balance on their overall well-being and productivity. People who have some control over when, where, and how they work have a better work-life balance. For many today's workers, striking a balance between professional and personal obligations is a challenge.
