Abstract
Women have an important role in society. In our society, women hold an important place from birth till death. Today women workers are doing good work at home as well as at their workplace. Humans keep on migrating from one place to another in search of employment because they do not have the stability of employment. Due to this, the education of the children is also affected. Today, along with men, women are also migrating, which has an impact on the rural economy. When women migrate from one place to another, many problems arise in front of them and it becomes very necessary for them to reconcile them.
