  Abstract


This study explores the subtleties of Hyundai small vehicle buying behaviour with an emphasis on the districts of Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy. This study attempts to give insights into the variables affecting customers' decisions to purchase Hyundai automobiles by a thorough review of primary and secondary data, including surveys and current literature. The study focuses on the respondents' demographics, their interest in Hyundai vehicles, the variables that influenced their decisions to buy, and the reasons behind their purchases. The survey also assesses brand awareness and consumer satisfaction with Hyundai's after-sales services. Important conclusions show that respondents overwhelmingly preferred Hyundai, with features and performance playing a larger role than price alone. Although overall satisfaction is mediocre, there is space for development in a few specific areas of post-purchase support. The insights acquired provide Hyundai significant implications for improving its competitive position, bolstering customer happiness, and cultivating brand loyalty through focused tactics and advancements in service delivery, despite the study's narrow focus and small sample size.
