Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine KOI Solutions LLP's financial performance and how it affects individual awareness, job security, morale, motivation, and general organisational satisfaction. Within KOI Solutions LLP, primary data were gathered through surveys and interviews with various members of the organisation. The data was analysed using statistical tools including correlation analysis and chi-square. The study's conclusions shed light on a number of topics, including individual awareness of the company's financial performance, the effect of financial health on job security and personal motivation, and the connection between overall satisfaction and financial performance. The findings reveal areas for possible improvement and strategic decision-making, and they aid in understanding the relationships between organisational financial success and individual perceptions.
