Abstract
Sorting of products in an industry is a tedius industrial process, which is generally carried out manually. Continous manual sorting creates quality consistency isssue. This project describe the new solution of Control System. Segregation based on different charachteristics like weight, height and colour require different equipment for weighing and then separating. Main purpose of this project is use to design automatic material handling system. This solution provides accuracy, reduction of time, energy converson and more advantages. We have proposed an efficient method which uses Force Sensing Resistor, Ultrasonic Sensor and TCS3200 Colour Sensor for identifying and segregating on the basis of weight, height and colour of the object on a conveyor line. Microcontroller is the heart of that circuit and controthe function, therefore allows dynamaic ans faster control, that controller
