Abstract
The paper mainly tries to highlight the agrarian economic structure during the Sultanate rule along with various other perspectives related to it. The position of the peasantry and the attitude of the state towards them is well reflected in the paper. The crops along with their area of growth and expansion is given due importance. The main idea of this project or highlight the importance and priority of agriculture during the Sultanate rule and how the agriculturists found their representation in the fabric of the state.
