Abstract
It was too late to rural development to draw global attention among the developing and under developing nations. The World after Industrial revolution realizes that the development cannot be achieved fully without taking development of rural area. Such thought has great significance for a country like India where majority of the population, around 65% of people live in rural areas. On the same thought our ancestors always spoken openly to take rural area along with urban development. This paper is an effort to put forward the thoughts and set of ideas for development as a whole by developing rural area.
