Abstract Sericulture is a growing activity in the primary sector which aims more income to the farmers. This paper entitles an agro based artisanal industry, Sericulture which has proved its potential in raising sustainable income and employment in the rural sector of both traditional and non-traditional states of India. Adoption of technology becomes a trend in the primary sector from few years. The study is concentrating on the impact of technology on sericulture in selected area. sericulture is an agro industrial activity aiming to produce silk though rearing of silkworm. It involves the raising of food plants for silkworm, rearing of sillworm for production of cocoons, reeling and spinning of cocoons for production of yarn for value added benefits such as processing and weaving. The knowledge of technology has found to have greater impact on improving the productivity and production in terms of agriculture as well as its allied activities. This study finds out significant positive impact of full and partial knowledge about advanced technology and its adoption on the development of the sector. The climatic conditions of Karnataka favour sericulture throughout year. Hence, there will be regular crops throughout the year, farmers take up to 12 crops in a year. The government of India initiated various programs to promote sericulture in the country. Where sericulture took a rapid stride towards progress by emerging as one of the most economically viable small scale agro based Industry.

This research highlights the viability of hybrid biofuel based on Microemulsion of waste cooking oil (WCO) as an alternative to Petro Diesel. In this study, microemulsification A producer biofuel has been shown as an alternative to Intensive and economically viable energy. Liquid biofuels production route. Hybrid Biofuels system based on the microemulsion formulated. The use of ethanol as scattered. The phase exhibited fuel properties that satisfy the ASTM D6751 rules for biodiesel. This study also highlights the preparation of the simple biodiesel system by microemulsification. Without using any externally added surfactant. These simple fuel systems formulated. Only by using Butan-2-OL, since the cosurfactant showed excellent physical stability with THW Training of transparent Winsor IV systems. The presence of droplets of nanomass in the formulations confirmed the formation of the miceller microemulsion system inverse. Upon the other cold side, the flow properties of the systems were much higher than those of Biodiesel the present investigation suggests that biofuel based on microemulsion. Systems formulated by OMA can be an attractive candidate for the biofuels industry inner future.

Fusarium is a large genus of filamentous fungi and belongs to the class Ascomycetes and family Hypocreaceae. During the study total of 40 different species were isolated among them Fusarium genera have 14 species ware isolated from different sources like soil, seed, and fruit. The source of highest occurrence of Fusarium species from the soil source 10 Fusarium species was isolated these species were Fusarium camptoceras, Fusarium chlamydosprum, Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium heterosporum, Fusarium moniliforme, Fusarium neoceras, Fusarium nivale, Fusarium goxysporum, Fusarium solani, Fusarium moniliforme var. minus. Next, that seed was also a good source from 4 species viz. F. equiseti, F. graminearum, F. redolens, F. oxysporum) were isolated. The lowest occurrence observed from the fruit source of isolation is only 3 species viz. F. avenaceum, F. langesthiae, F. oxysporum.

A study was conducted to assess the knowledge of health care providers regarding standard precautions. To find the association between knowledge levels of health care providers regarding standard precautions with their selected socio-demographic variables. Methodology: Non-experimental research approach which used to achieve the objectives of the study. Descriptive survey design was adopted for the present study. Population includes health care providers, working in health care centres, Tirupati. The sample size consists of 100 health care providers. Non probability convenient sampling technique was adopted based on inclusion criteria. Results: The findings of the study revealed that 79% of health care providers were having adequate knowledge, 21% of health care providers were having moderate knowledge and none of them the inadequate knowledge. Professional qualification was significant at p< 0.05 level and designation & marital status were significant at p< 0.01 level. Conclusion: These findings suggested that health care providers need to be update their knowledge and continue their practices related to standard precautions. Recommendations: A similar study can be conducted to compare the knowledge of health care providers in urban and rural, a study can be conducted to assess knowledge, attitude and practice regarding standard precautions among health care providers, a study can be conducted to assess the effectiveness of structured teaching programme on standard precautions among health care providers.

Vehicle pollution is major cause of Air pollution. Particulate matter has been captured from different vehicle. A filter was prepared in which aluminum foil was wrapped inside the filter with two layer inside it. Filter containing particulate matter was dipped in SLS (Sodium laurel sulfate) surfactant solution of 800 ml with a concentration of 10 mm to separate particle present in aluminum foil paper and was filtered out. Filtered Particulate matter was immersed in CaCl2 solution to obtain Activated carbon. First of fresh powder of carbon to convert Rolling and the give the micro particle of carbon. It means all metal carbon particle convert to micro particle because micro particle make ink use. And 120 gm carbon was dissolve in 20 ml coconut oil and 40 ml Glycerin , where quantity of glycerin was taken is higher amount of compared to coconut oil .(coconut oil andglycerin worked as binding agent in this over all process. After that it is kept at room temperature for within 1 hour so that solution get Dissolved after getting dissolve ISO-PROPYL was dissolved in the solution and pure from ink.

Objectives of the study was to assess the knowledge regarding the utilization of JSSK services among antenatal mothers and to find the association between the knowledge of antenatal mothers regarding the utilization of JSSK services with their selected socio-demographic variable. Methodology: Non-experimental approach, descriptive survey design was adopted for 100 antenatal mothers, who were selected by non-probability convenient sampling technique, by using simple random technique based on lottery method at MCH Centre, Tirupathi, to assess the knowledge regarding the utilization of JSSK services by using multiple choice self-structured questionnaire. Results: the results revealed that out of 100 antenatal mothers, 54 per cent of antenatal mothers were having moderate knowledge, 27 per cent were having inadequate knowledge and 19 per cent were having the adequate knowledge. Mean knowledge score was 1.92 and standard deviation was 0.67. That there is a significant association between knowledge regarding the utilization and educational status of husband at p< 0.05 level. There is no significant association between demographic variables of any other. Conclusion: The study findings revealed that, a majority of antenatal mothers were having moderate knowledge regarding the utilization of JSSK services. Recommendations: Similar kind of study can be undertaken in different settings (eg. Tribal and hilly areas, construction sites etc.) and the study may be replicated by using larger population.

Now a days Most of the disposable materials are used to produce plastic. Plastic takes several hundred to thousand years to decompose & releasing toxic substances like bisphenol A, melamine and many more in the process. Therefore, this work was to analyze alternatives to plastic takeaway cutlery. This biodegradable plates are made up of wheat flour, maida & top coat of banana leaf. These are the major raw materials required for preparation of bio-degradable plates. At initial stage raw materials were collected then dough was prepared. After making dough moulding was done followed by drying of final product. After that application of top layer was done using babul gum. To check the properties of the plate regarding the degradation, how much time it will take fully to degrade as compare to regular bases.
