 Abstract

Notice Board is the most uniform and essential instrument in any university, schools or public places like transport stations, rail stations and children park. Yet fixing and changing different notification of guidance on a everyday is a troublesome process. The primary target of this paper is to build up a remote notification board that shows messages send from the client`s portable device (e.g. Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop). At the point when a client communicates something specific, it is received by a SIM embedded in GSM modem at the receiver unit. The GSM modem is interfaced with level shifter IC to Microcontroller. The message got by the GSM is shipped off the microcontroller that further shows it on an electronic notice board. The Notice board is an LCD unit interfaced to a microcontroller, controlled by a directed power supply of 230 V AC.

 Abstract

Introduction Road Traffic Injuries stands as an important cause for amputation in Trauma. Pedestrians, motorized two wheeled vehicle users, cyclist are most vulnerable. Studies show that 93.4% of all lower extremity amputations are due to vascular injury with incidence increasing 27% from 1988 to 1996. Trauma, responsible for only 5.8% of lower limb amputations is the most common cause in the second and third decade of life. Objective of the study To document and examine the use, satisfaction and problems with prosthetic devices among persons who suffered trauma related amputation. Design Retrospective cohort design Medical records and follow up interview data were collected from persons with extremity amputation who received their acute care at Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre, AIIMS, New Delhi between 2016-2017. Patients with neurological (head injuries, spinal injuries) issues were excluded from the study. Results 197 patients were identified. Out of this total 21 have died (20 during in hospital stay and 1 after prosthetic fitting). 75 Patients (38%) were given phone call of which 29 (39%) were having prosthesis and only 21 patients (72%) were using prosthesis. Satisfaction level was excellent (highly satisfied) in 57.1% of patients. 10% of patients reported average satisfaction and 33% patients were not satisfied due to reasons as heavy weight (19.0%) heavy weight with same side fracture 15 days back (4.8%), patient expired (4.8%), above elbow prosthesis pending (4.8%), stump not healed completely because of infection (9.6%). Conclusion Although the number of patients who undergo trauma - related amputation is very high and the prosthetic education is started early to the patients, the number of patients who do not get prosthesis is very high due to constrains like low socio - economic status, prosthesis poor quality, unhealthy stump etc. Among the patients who use prosthesis the satisfaction level is fair. An increase awareness and dedicated clinic for such patients is the need of the hour.

 Abstract

One of the efforts taken by the government and local governments including Ambon City, Maluku Province in spreading and accelerating the handling of Corona virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is through large-scale social restriction measures. One of the restrictive measures referred to by regional governments is the establishment of regional legal products. However, the formation of regional regulatory products must still be guided by the principles of establishing statutory regulations and the procedures for establishing legislation as regulated in Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislative Regulations as amended by Law Number 15 of 2019 concerning Amendments to Law Number 12 Year 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation. The results of the research show that the formation of Maluku Governor Regulation Number 15 of 2020, and Perwali Ambon Number 16 of 2020 and Perwali Ambon Number 18 of 2020 as regional legal products, to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 pandemic does not fulfill the principles of democracy and instrumental principles, in addition to the principles formal (the principle can be implemented, the principle of utility and efficiency, the principle of clarity of formulation, and the principle of openness) in Article 5 and the principle of substance in Article 6 (legal order and certainty; and balance, harmony and harmony) as regulated in Law Number 12 Year 2011 as amended by Law Number 15 of 2019.

 Abstract

Nayantara Sahgal is a socio-feminist with a tremendous realisation of prevailing social and political conditions. Her meaning of feminism is completely based on Indian ethos. She attacks the age old notion of discrimination on the account of sexuality. Search for identity is her major concern. Her fictions are preoccupied with modern Indian woman's search for sexual freedom and self-realization. Man-woman relationship is a prominent theme of Sahgal's fictions. Nearly all the Indian English women novelists from Anita Desai to Shashi Deshpande have done so. What makes Nayantara Sahgal's voice more strident is her unhappy experiences of her married life. The typical male chauvinism that she encountered there as well as the gross injustice to women in social life that she observed made her voice loud in protest against exploitation of women. Woman has been compared to the creator and has been deified in our scriptures had actually been subjugated and maltreated in our society since ages. Man has used her, exploited her, drawn comfort, pleasure and support from her but while doing so denied her right to her own happiness and individual growth. Though submissive _ not by nature but by training _ woman tends to become defiant when her patience is taxed too long . When a woman's crusade for emancipation begins it sweeps away all that comes in the way. Nayantara focuses on the ills of patriarchal society. For man his will is his law but for woman there are certain pre-ordained moulds into which she has to fit herself or else she is crushed and finished . As a feminist Nayantara asserts the need for women to become aware of themselves as person.

 Abstract

In the globalization era, cultural diversity in the workplace is a significant trend. It poses challenges for human resource managers in processing different people coming from various cultures and backgrounds. Diversity of cultures could be an enormous advantage for enterprises if it is professionally managed, otherwise, it would lead the organizations into difficulties and impact the effectiveness of the companies. Based on the survey in the architecture and construction industry in Vietnam, the research finds out that that the cultural diversity has a significant relationship with the level of conflict, with the employees satisfaction, with harmony and effectiveness in workplace, with companies effort to prepare its employees, with the perception about the multicultural working environment and with days off offered for foreign workers for important occasions or events. On the other hand, cultural diversity does not have the relationship with methods used by managers in conflict resolution and with the enterprises competitiveness. Furthermore, the research also confirms the relation between the frequency and reasons for conflicts, between employees satisfaction and methods used by managers in conflict resolution, between employees satisfaction and the competitiveness ranking of their company. The paper supposes to provide helpful information for managers in Vietnam to successfully manage multicultural organizations.

 Abstract

Job satisfaction plays an integral part of every organization. Considering the fact that job satisfaction places an extremely crucial role in determining the success of any organization, every firm needs to understand and implement those factors that lead to job satisfaction. Two factors that highly affect the job satisfaction of the employees at the workplace are Monetary and Non Monetary Incentives. Both help an employee determine his value in the organization. However, while designing an incentive one might get confused as to which benefits and incentives, they should pay more attention to. The paper discusses incentives and their impact on an organization. It further goes in detail to explain the various types of monetary and non monetary incentives available at the workplace and discusses their relationship with job satisfaction both in the short and long run. It also highlights the benefits that both the employees and organizations get with the implantation of these incentives. The study aims to understand the relationship between job satisfaction and incentives and which incentives among monetary and non monetary incentives have a higher effect on employee performance level.

 Abstract

In philosophy, the women symbolize the mother`s natural feminine characteristics in the universe. Caesarean section is a surgical procedure in which incision is made through a mother`s abdomen and uterus to deliver one or more babies. It is usually performed when a vaginal delivery would put a babys or mothers life or health at risk. The WHO recommended that the rate of caesarean section should not exceed 15% in any country. METHODOLOGY Quantitative research approach was adopted to achieve the objectives of the study, which was felt to be most appropriate for its practicability in real life situation. It has the advantages of practicability, feasibility and to a certain extent for generalization. Research design was descriptive research design. The study was conducted at cherlopalli, Chittoor district. Population includes rural women at cherlopalli, Chittoor district. Sample size consists of 100 rural women under inclusion criteria. Non probability convenient sampling technique was adapted for the present study based on inclusion criteria. RESULTS The present study revealed -that among 100 rural women 45% had inadequate knowledge 34%had moderate and only 21% had adequate knowledge regarding self-care of post caesarean section. There is need for health education to the rural women to enhance the knowledge. The womens knowledge regarding self-care of post caesarean section the sample mean-scores were 22.43 with standard deviation 7.21. There was significant association between knowledge scores of women on self care of- post caesarean section with their selected demographic variables like age in years, religion, educational status of the women, educational status of the spouse, occupation of the women, family income per month in rupees, history of previous caesarean section, source of information related to caesarean section at 0.01 level. Hence H02 was rejected. And some of the variables as type of family and gravida has not shown significant association. CONCLUSION The obtained findings led to the following conclusions. The present study revealed that among 100 rural women 45% had inadequate knowledge 34%had moderate and only 21% had adequate knowledge regarding self-care of post caesarean section. There is need for health education to the rural women to enhance the knowledge.

 Abstract

Due to inhibitory effects of arsenic the selected lactobacilli bacteria species, MTCC 10093 was studied as biological preservative probiotic. For the purpose of innovative information regarding referential lactic acid producing bacteria, MTCC 10093 species were isolated from different agricultural soil fields were identified by their biochemical tests through comparing their sugar differential fermentation patterns. Antibacterial activities were confirmed by agar spots, diffusion illustrations and through the blank disk method. Enzymatic sensitivities of supernatant fluids and concentrated cells free culture after treatment with ?-amylase, lysozyme and trypsin were determined. It indicated that the isolated bacteria had strong activity against indicator strains and their antibacterial activity was stable at 100C for 10 mints whereas at 56C for 30 mints their activities were lost after autoclaving. On this basis, maximum production of plantaricin was obtained at 25 - 30C at pH 6.5 and thus the lactobacilli MTCC 10097 species were produced antimicrobial activity with heat stability bacteriocin, hence, these specified species of lactobacilli may be considered as healthy and effective probiotic diet.

 Abstract

In the internet-dependent world, the demand for data is increasing day by day. This has generated an issue of massive data storage. To overcome this issue, a cloud-based storage service was developed. Today there is extensive involvement of cloud on business transactions and daily applications. This has raised the need to provide high end of security to the stored data; the project helps overcome this problem. The use of a blockchain network as an interface to access the data will help overcome the security of data on the cloud. The blockchain is a distributed public ledger and Internet-based computer network. The proposed system works on the ERP data of a company, on a private cloud, which is accessible through the internet from any place. It validates and secures the employee data of the company. Smartphone and laptop security features like biometrics and password validation can be to make this idea more robust and easier to use for end-user. The local validation process of laptops and smartphones acts as a user interface between the background and the user. This also acts as the next level of security for validation of user details. Thus, providing a more secure way of accessing the cloud service.

 Abstract

Background: Testis is affected by both non-neoplastic and neoplastic conditions. 1Torsion of testis is a surgical emergency, commonly seen in 10-25 years of age. The testicular tumors although relatively rare, are of great interest and importance because of their varied histological appearances. Objectives: This study was carried out with aim to study age wise distribution of various non-neoplastic and neoplastic testicular lesions with histopathological spectrum and incidence of testicular lesions. Material and methods: The present study was a retrospective cross-sectional study, carried out at Tertiary Care Teaching Hospital, Akola, Vidarbha, Maharashtra, India. This study was carried in Department of Pathology, over a period of five years from January 2015 to December 2019. Among 14306 histopathological specimens received, total 87 cases were found to be of testicular lesions. Histopathological processing of sections was done and slides stained with Haematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) were studied. Where ever indicated special stains were studied. Results: Most commonly affected age group diagnosed with testicular lesions in present study was 21-30 years and presented with testicular swelling in 83 cases (95.40%). Among 47 non-neoplastic lesions, torsion and atrophic testis (12 cases each) were outnumbered. Out of 40 neoplastic testicular lesions, Mature teratoma was in 15% (six cases). While seminoma outnumbered with eight cases (20%) in malignancy and immature teratoma was least common (one case). Conclusion: Clinical data, operative findings and gross features of lesions along with histopathological examination proved important and at times decisive diagnostic clues.
