K.N.Daruwalla is considered among those writers of Indian English poetry who have really worked for the growth, development and furtherance of modern creative poetry right from the seventies and since then have been contributing to it to enrich with the poems of a new standing and tenor tendered to us from time to time. Daruwalla is certainly one of the major voices in Indo-Anglian poetry. So far as the themes of Daruwalla's poetry is concerned, it covers a wide range. The judgement of the critic, Vilas Sarang, has expressed the view that Daruwalla stands out amongst Indian-English poets for bringing to poetry a range of experience generally outside the ambit or scope of poets. 'Daruwalla's contribution to Indo-Anglian poetry is his enlargement of its themes and his widening of its range of subjects. His poetry derives strength equally from his use of symbols, images and metaphors as also from a craftsmanship which is intensely creative and flexible rather mechanical.

Vinoba ji thought deeply on various problems related to education of his time and the suggestions given for their solutions seem to be effective in solving the current educational problems as well. Vinoba ji's whole thinking and whole life is based on morality. Vinoba's Sarvodaya wants to establish such a classless, casteless and exploitation-free society in which every individual and group will get the means and opportunities for their all-round development. According to Vinoba ji, education is an internal process not external knowledge. The aim of education should be personal, social, natural, spiritual and economic independence of the child. According to Vinoba ji, education should be free from government machinery. The teacher should develop his power by not running after power. The spiritual aspect of Vinoba's Nai Talim is that knowledge and action are not two things, but one. The biggest weakness of education in Vinoba ji's view is that it does not encourage moral values. Although Vinoba ji considered various aspects related to education, but here some of them have been mentioned with the intention that it can be felt that the thought he did on education has changed in his time as well as today. Introduces the educational problems of the time and also offers suggestions to solve them.

The ASR systems are getting integrated into VoIP and wireless systems for Remote Speech Recognition (RSR). There are many network impediments that affect the accuracy of ASR over a communication network, but the most important happens to be the effects of speech coding. The speech will be transmitted to the recognition servers using different speech coding standards. It is known that the quality of speech will degrade, when it is being encoded/decoded in several phases over a transmission channel, especially when transmitting the voice through the packet data networks. The evaluation of the speech coding effects is done by applying codecson the speech data and testing them over a speech recognition system built using HTK. The evaluation wasperformed using narrowband and wideband codecs. The recognition accuracy for uncoded data and the data coded with wideband codecwas around 95%, whereas for the data coded with narrowband codecs, the accuracy ranged between 80% and 85%.

This paper explores the concept of DevOps and its impact on cloud data analytics and its vital benefits in green business applications. DevOps was developed as a method to help developers and IT functions team up with each other to eliminate the barrier between them and the users who utilize the applications they develop. The overall assessment is that businesses ought to be striving to come up with new ideas especially the development of apps [1]. Various businesses should be applying a DevOps culture. for those who are unfamiliar with the subject matter at hand, discussing a wide range of reasons why people use and what the possible gains maybe for those who aren't already acquainted with the topic (Geo-informatics). The emergence of DevOps technologies and the rise of cloud and hybrid models in data analytics may have considerable influence on the world today's systems. This paper provides a general overview of DevOps innovations and the massive shift from IT to cloud and hybrid data analytics methodologies, and systems that can make their effect on society to be greener [1]. The issues related to energy consumption as well as the overarching environmental consequences due to the use of hardware and other assets used for experimentation are other things to be explored. Quality management and testing studies have been carried out by using a dedicated environmental set-up in a conventional testing process. In turn, the level of carbon emissions in the atmosphere is worryingly increased. This paper, therefore, provides a useful approach to prevent the consumption of energy for this greater undertaking. In this paper, the aim is to understand how the DevOps framework works in green business applications using cloud-based software solutions.

Indira Sagar Project (Polavaram Dam) the largest in history, about to complete in Andhra Pradesh, brings with it many social and environmental concerns. The project has displaced many tribal communities, putting strain on the social fabric of the area and, in the process, drawing our attention to issues of structural violence. In terms of environmental concerns, the Indira Sagar Project makes the area far more vulnerable to ecosystem disruption through erosion and landslides, among other things. This study explores the implications of the Indira Sagar Project in the context of environmental and social issues. In this paper an attempt has been made to understand the historical and physical background of the Indira Sagar Project and extent of land acquisition for the project. The emphasis here is to know the nature, extent of submergence of the total area and magnitude of population displacement. The paper also deals with the response of displaced people, local organization, political parties, NGOs, and civil societies against the project.

Regarding the deceptive treatment created through the Hypocrisy of Caste Hindus The Dalit writers tried to examine the hypocrisy of the upper caste people in their behavior and conduct with the dalits and revealed by the Dalit writers. The caste Hindus consider themselves supper and upper. But they cant behave accordingly to their social status. It is proved that if there is a beautiful lady or girl from the dalit or nomadic community the upper caste people give up their superiority and they try to coax the mind of such women for sexual purpose. That time they forget their upper caste status for the sexual enjoyment with the Dalit women. They proved that the Caste Hindus exploited and defiled the beauty of the poor dalit girls showing that they are from upper caste community. They always kept the feelings of lust and amorous about these women.

Kamala Das feminism was not concerned with womens right. Her feminism involved the concept of a liberated woman or the new woman who enjoys overall liberation in life and manners within the Indian social and domestic milieu. In her writing, she advocated a more liberated attitude towards sex and the sexual frankness, boldness and honesty of her writing shocks and amuses the general readers. She wrote about love, sex and marriage all within her experience and awareness. Love, sex, marriage and companionship were important subjects for her and in an uninhibited manner she treated female sexuality. In her widely acclaimed autobiographical novel My Story (Ente katha), she depicted her intimate conjugal and love life without any inhibition or guilt. The paper explores how Kamala Das express her quest for self-identity, love, sex and freedom through her experience more openly and authentically.

It is admitted that life insurance policy holder is consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and is entitled to seek redressal in consumer courts established under the Consumer Protection Act. It is usually observed that Insurance Companies do not tell the demerits of the policies while selling their Insurance products/Schemes. Those policies are sold under wrong or misrepresentation of facts. The agents also do not provide customized service once their policy is sold rather they adopt callous attitude towards the policy holders and they become totally indifferent. They put many hidden charges and impose them immediately after the policy is sold. In case of prepayment cases, they impose penalty about which they never tell to a customer. Many agents have been found to be charging excess from illiterate people. When the policy matures, they put temporary or fictitious obstacles to delay the payment. Many times notices for periodical premiums are not sent by them with the intention that let the policy lapse & then they would be helpless to entertain the claim and the amount in the account is encroached upon by them and is not paid to the policy holder. Lot of cases have been filed in consumer courts and many decisions have gone against the insurance companies. There is quite an ample scope for the consumers to make use of consumer forums to stop their exploitation by these insurance companies. Looking into this, the researcher has made a survey in the Belgaum District of Karnataka State about Grievances of policy holders in Insurance sector and conclusions are drawn.

In a country like India with around 49 percent of women in the population (according to 2011 population census report), the political participation of women has been very low. Gender inequality and deprivation of power to women, continues to be a political reality in India today. Even though, large number of women votes in the country, only a few of them assume the reins of power. Although the Constitution of India attempts to remove gender inequalities by prohibiting discrimination based on sex and class and enshrining fundamental rights to all citizens, women still have only de jure rather than de facto access to political representation. Several research studies in this direction proves the fact that greater participation of women in the political and administration process would be a precondition and result in their economic and social empowerment. The recent Economic Survey states that there were 13.72 lakh elected women representatives (EWRs) in local self governments, which constitute 44.2 percent of total elected representatives (ERs) as of December 2017. Women Sarpanchs accounted for 43 percent of total gram panchayats (GPs) across the country by December 2018. This is a testimony to the active leadership of women in local government. They are bringing their experience in the governance of civil society making the state sensitive to the issues of poverty, inequality and gender injustice, thus influencing the decision-making process, planning, implementation and evaluation of various developmental programs at the local level. Women reservation bill at local self government, also provided an opportunity for the deprived low caste women to participate in the mainstream political processes. Its multiplier effect boosted womens confidence in their abilities and encouraged them to seek more meaningful and dignified role in society and nation building.

A lung consisting of a series of body parts including the lungs, diaphragm and nasal cavity, the respiratory system is responsible for transporting oxygen and carbon dioxide to and from muscles and tissues. During exercise, the respiratory system increases to meet the demands of the working muscles. The respiratory system also uses the cardiovascular system -- heart, blood and blood vessels -- to transport oxygen and carbon dioxide. Due to the effect of exercise on respiratory system the lungs volume increase as a result of increase in vital capacity. The breathing frequency is decreased in trained individuals. After the training the maximum minute ventilation is increased. Tidal volume is also increased. Through the physical exercise ventilator efficiency is also enhances. Gas exchange capacity is also increased.
