The Muzaffarpur has a very rich plant biodiversity, many of which are medicinally useful. The rich resource is disappearing at an alarming rate as a result of over- exploitation. Rapid agricultural development, population growth, urbanization and the indiscriminate collection of medicinal plants from the wild is resulted in an over-exploitation of natural resources. The conventional means of propagation takes a long time for multiplication and also clonal nonuniform. Plant in vitro regeneration is a biotechnological tool that offers a tremendous potential solution for the propagation of endangered and superior genotypes of medicinal plants which could be released to their natural habitat or cultivated on a large scale for the pharmaceutical product of interest. After the last few years of intensive research programs in our laboratory, we are able to micro propagate some of the endangered and valuable medicinal plants species of this region.

The hermeneutics of life as delineated in Sufi paradigm lays emphasis on lifting the veil of the illusive, delusive superficialities of life. Union with the divine Godhead is possible through a path of self-annihilation and self-effacement. Evanescence of ego and worldly materialistic desires is the prelude to union with the divine Beloved in Sufi parlance. The paper attempts to do a comparative study of the metaphysical contours of two prominent Sufi poets of Sindh and Punjab respectively, Shah Abdul Latif and Bulleh Shah substantiating their parallel mystical journey vis--vis inter-textual references to Renaissance anthropomorphic system and Indian Vedantic thought. The centrality hence accorded to human being opens the possibility of dismantling all dichotomies and a complete breakdown of binary opposites; human emancipation from the restrictive and reductive confines of narrow schismatic communal confines opens the path towards union (wisal) with the divine realm, hence enabling a teleological union with the divine Beloved.

There are closer links between DevOps and cloud computing. DevOps aims to optimize progress for user specifications to be swiftly incorporated in application output, while the cloud enables automated supply and scaling to manage application changes. IT experts in cloud computing sometimes make errors that they could easily prevent. The question is that best practices are still undefined. These fields are very fresh, but the problem can be more about people than technology, and the challenge is often more difficult for people to overcome. DevOps transforms the face of IT processes and continuously hear new tools and features unveiled by different companies to boost the DevOps pipeline. Electric Cloud is a well-known leader in automation and ongoing delivery of DevOps and recently released a new ElectricFlow version which gives programmers a new data-driven way to onboard apps. The consumerization of IT improves job satisfaction and managing efficiency by encouraging workers to bring their own" goods into the workplace. This streamlines the way activities are conducted and offers flexibility in updates and launches in the toolchain. "Today, ElectricFlow is allowing CD's 'consumerization' to introduce organizations and workers to secure and well-controlled DevOps toolchain, introducing procedures, trends, methods, resources, and other techniques. DevOps and cloud computing do not exclude each other, but from a lay person's viewpoint, the relationship between them is often unclear and confusing. Although the technologies and infrastructure of cloud computing are concerned, DevOps is more concerned with processes and process enhancement. Yet in any organization's journey towards successful digital transformation, both DevOps and cloud computing are important.

Marketing strategy of a business depicts its plan of action for reaching people and turning them into customers of the product or service that the business provides. It deals with the companys value proposition, key marketing messages, information on the target customer and other high-level elements. Marketing strategies are often confused with marketing plans. A marketing strategy covers the bigger picture of what business offers: the value proposition and related brand messaging. Whereas marketing plan deals with how the business will get across the key message: the platforms, the creative, the timing and so on. A marketing strategy grows out of a companys value proposition. The value proposition summarizes the competitive advantage a company has in its market. The value proposition usually provides the key message for all marketing. Any marketing asset, from a print advertisement design to a social media campaign, can be judged by how well it communicates the value proposition. Further the efficiency of marketing efforts, market research can be added to the marketing strategy for the purpose of identifying untapped audiences or refining the target consumer. There are different types of marketing strategies available.

focusing on Poverty is a prominent concern in Oliver Twist. Throughout the novel, Dickens enlarged on this theme, describing slums so decrepit that whole rows of houses are on the point of ruin. In an early chapter, Oliver attends a pauper's funeral with Mr. Sowerberry and sees a whole family crowded together in one miserable room. This prevalent misery makes Oliver's encounters with charity and love more poignant. Oliver owes his life several times over to kindness both large and small.[14]
