The present study was carried out to study the effect of oven drying temperature on antioxidant activity of mango peel with reference to freeze drying. Freeze drying allowed the peels to retain maximum antioxidant activity. Using three sets of drying temperature along with freeze drying it was observed that oven drying at 60 oC had a negative effect on the antioxidant potential mainly due to an effect on the phenol, flavonoid and beta carotene content of peels.

Many infectious diseases can relapse or re-infect the population with time. This study is based on the SIR epidemic model with three compartments susceptible S(t), infected I(t) and recovered R(t). The models with two different transmission rates defining relapse or recurrence infection and re-infection have been studied. The transmission rates from the recovered compartment to the infected compartment are defined as two distinct events: one dependent only on recovered population R while the other is dependent on both infected population I and recovered population R, called relapse and reinfection, respectively. Their corresponding basic reproduction numbers (R0) from their respective characteristic polynomials are computed using the Jacobian Matrix method and stability discussed using the Lyapunov method. The disease-specific (TB model) is solved analytically and numerically, to study the growth of re-infection and relapse of the infection in the population.

Insurance is a means of protection from financial loss. It is a form of risk management, primarily used to hedge against the risk of a contingent or uncertain loss. In this study, researcher studied the perception of policy holders on insurance schemes in Tuticorin District and to study the causes for choosing insurance schemes than alternative Investments. The researcher used statistical tools like Percentage Analysis, Weighted Arithmetic Mean, Chi-square test and Anova. It is found that causes for choosing insurance policy than investments and deposits like Easy to pay premium, Less charges and Convenient policy term.

The purpose of the present study is to compare the Academic Performance of Higher Secondary Students among various types of management and disciplines using Descriptive Survey Method. The sample consisted of 400 Higher Secondary Students selected from six Higher Secondary Schools of Kottayam District. The technique used for selecting the sample is Stratified Random Sampling giving due representation to Type of Management and Discipline. The investigator considered the marks obtained by students in the terminal examinations for measuring the Academic Performance of students. The study reveals that Type of Management has no significant influence on the Academic Performance of Higher Secondary Students but Discipline of Study has significant influence on the Academic Performance of Higher Secondary Students

This paper aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis on the future of urban models in the Big Data and AI era. A city is perceived to be a dynamic structure. It is made up of many interconnected subsystems that are influenced by a variety of factors such as government land policies, demographic development, transportation networks, and market behavior. In the long run, land use and transportation networks are known as the two most critical subsystems defining urban structure and shape. Meanwhile, one of the most relevant subjects in urban modeling is urban growth, and the key driving factors are demographic growth and infrastructure progress. Modeling and simulation are thought to be useful instruments for investigating the processes of urban evolution and providing planning assistance in growth management [1]. The rise of urban big data is reshaping current science concepts in urban studies. In China, the use of big data in urban studies and development activities exploded in 2014. Big data has the benefit of disclosing features instead of a description, which is compatible with the principle of urbanization and urban-rural planning. To address the methodological problems, new hypotheses and analytical methods are needed. This essay explores the impact of the Big Data and AI transition in urban management on the complexities of urban science [1]. It concentrates on two fields of urban science: one on academic research on big data and the other on artificial intelligence. First, we monitor the development of AI and Big Data parameters in these fields. The second is to study the development of the proportion of publications concerning urban big data and AI in various urban studies applications. The paper will depend on the information from literature reviews to conduct this bibliometric research. The thesis's ultimate aim is to explore how urban modeling could be utilized in the future in the age of Big Data and AI.

Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANET) are a class of ad hoc networks in which vehicle communicate with each other to show the traffic scenario and any mishappening on the road. It also ensures the safety on the road. Trust and security remain a major concern in VANET as simple mistake can cause serious problems. A crucial point in VANET is how to trust the information transmitted when the neighbouring vehicles are rapidly changing and moving in and out of range. This obstructs establishing reliable end-to-end communication paths and having efficient data transfer. In a VANET, vehicles will rely on the integrity of received data for deciding when to present alerts to drivers. The communication between vehicle to vehicle and vehicle to roadside unit is done through wireless communication. That is why security is an important concern area for vehicular network application. Also in VANET efficient routing protocols are needed as vehicles are changes their positions very rapidly. In this research paper we are going to analyse and categories various security issues in VANET based on various security requirements. Also we have given the various security challenges faced in VANET that are given in various research papers.

Abstract The main purpose of the present study was to compare the Nutritional status of Working and Non-Working Pregnant women in the Sri Ganga Nagar district of Rajasthan. The sample selection of 200 from working and 200 from a non-working total of 400 pregnant women have been selected for the Purposive Sampling Method. Parameters used for the study were a survey and predesigned structured questionnaire for the assessment of nutritional status, anthropometric measurements for Height, weight, and BMI, assessment of dietary intake, Biochemical assessment for hemoglobin. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and were tabulated statistically using percent, t-test, z-test was applied. The results conclude that the Quantities of all food groups consumed by working and non-working pregnant women were significantly (P<0.01) lower than the recommended levels. Quantities of all nutrients consumed by working and non-working pregnant women were significantly (P<0.01) lower than the recommended levels. There is a significant difference in the means of height and weight in the working and non-working pregnant women. The majority (68.5%) and (46.5%) of both the working and non-working pregnant women were in the category of normal BMI, respectively. There is a significant difference in the means of hemoglobin in working and non-working pregnant women. Keywords: Nutrition Status, Working, and Non-Working, Pregnant Women.
