Employability skills are becoming more and more crucial for job seekers in today's employment market. Companies are beginning to evaluate applicants based on these skills more and more than merely their academic standing. So, graduate students need to equip themselves with these essential skills in order to increase their chances of landing a job in the global industry. The investigator conducted a comprehensive assessment to determine the level of proficiency in self-management abilities of final-year graduates from the educationally underprivileged Kasargod district. The study's findings provide light on the employability of these graduates, particularly in relation to their ability to handle technology. The results show that just 33.27 percent of candidates for final-year degrees possess the technology skill required to meet the demands of the job market.

Before preparing a map, we always decide how much actual ground distance should be represented by a map distance. This means a map always bears a definite proportion to the mapped area. This proportion between the map distance and actual ground distance is known as map scale or scale and is defined as "the proportion between a distance on the map and the corresponding distance on the ground." In the form of a formula, it can be represented as -

Image enhancement is a fundamental and very crucial step in image processing. The primary purpose of image enhancement is to process an image and improve the visual quality of the image so that the resulting image is "better" than the original image for specific applications and human spectators. Improvement work includes improving the quality of images for human observation. Many images and even real photos suffer from poor contrast and noise, so it is important to improve contrast for better image quality. This research paper focuses on various image enhancement techniques such as Linear Contrast Stretching, Histogram Equalization (H-Eq), Adaptive H-EQ and Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE). The improvement (quality) of the image is identified by comparing the values obtained in PSNR and Entropy.

Social exclusion is related to disadvantage and deprivation in society. Although, it is associated with marginality, closure, dissatisfaction, dispossession, deprivation and destitution. In the Indian context, it highlights lack of distributive justice, caste based distances and discrimination, unequal access to opportunities, weak policies of the society. The poor sections in society are excluded group in terms of life chances and dignity and they experience dehumanization in all walks of their life. Child Labour is one such category which is largely excluded from the mainstream of society and they are denied basic rights. Despite passing of Right to Education Act, many such children are deprived of education. Child labour means that children are forced to work like adults and take part in economic activity. According to the ILO, the term child labour is applied to people up to age thirteen, or seventeen in case of dangerous work. Child labour has been an international concern because it damages, spoils and destroys the future of children. The problem of child labour is a serious matter not only in India but also in other developing countries. Children are the hope and future of a nation. Yet, there are millions deprived children in our country who have never known a normal, carefree childhood. The present paper is an attempt to study socio-economic and health profile of children involved in labour activities. Based on primary data of 25 child labour in Chandigarh using interview schedule method, the paper will study the nature and extent of problems of child labour and their coping mechanisms. The study will recommend some steps to ameliorate the conditions of child labour for their social inclusion.

Organochlorine (Endosulfan) and synthetic pyrethroid (Fenvalarate) are the most widely used insecticides in the agricultural practices. Their continuel usage persist in the aquatic environment and affect the non target organisms like fishes. the present study amined to observe histpathological changes in the ovary of Rosy barb, Puntius conchonius, a popular freshwater ornamental fish. Both the pesticides are found to be deleterious to the ovary of the study animal at sublethal concentration. Loss of cytoplasm, vacuolation of nucleoplasm, nucleolar extrusions and poor yolk synthesis are major deformities noticed at sublethal concentrations of both the pesticides.

Most organizations today realize that a satisfied' employee is not necessarily the 'best' employee in terms of loyalty and productivity. It is only an 'engaged employee who is intellectually and emotionally bound with the organization, feels passionate about its goals and is committed towards its values. Employee engagement relates to the employee's commitment to the organization's success. Engaged employees who are inspired and guided by the leadership, equipped with the right tools and managed by the right systems and processes deliver superior performance. Earlier, an organisation's success was measured in terms of employee satisfaction from the employee engagement activities. [1] However, engaging employees through various methods and channels also became obsolete and it is now time to go beyond engagement and focus on Employee Passion a core factor that creates success for the organization.

Teachers have a pivotal role in our education system. However, inefficiency in teachers can affect the very foundation of this education system and which in turn will lead to the downfall of society and the nation. It is well said that the quality of education depends on the quality of teachers, so it is essential to prepare a quality teacher. As the teacher acts as transmitter of knowledge, motivator, and manager so it is dire need to train the prospective teacher in Life skills. According to WHO life skills have been defined as "the abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enables individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life". The present study include ten Life skills as suggested by WHO i.e. Self-awareness skill, Interpersonal skill, Effective Communication skill, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Coping with Stress, Coping with Emotion, and Empathy. A descriptive survey method is used for this study. The data of 100 prospective teachers in which 50 female and 50 male prospective teachers were collected by random cluster sampling technique from two B.Ed. colleges of Ludhiana affiliated to Punjab University Chandigarh. Moreover, t-test is used as a statistical technique to compare the life skills between male and female prospective teachers. However, the investigator found no significant difference between the male and female prospective teachers in their Life Skills.

I introduce an operationally meaningful measure of correlation for multipartite states. This measure can detect entanglement for any multipartite state even if it has no genuine multipartite entanglement and is applicable for multipartite systems of arbitrary dimensions. I will provide an information theoretic interpretation of our measure in terms of quantum mutual information for pure states. It allows us to find the physical reason behind perfect teleportation and superdense coding through W-class states. I will generalize this concepts to form a hierarchy of correlation measures for multipartite states.

The northeast is surely one of the hotspots of insurgency in post-colonial india. No other place in the entire South Asia is pregnant with so many insurgent groups as the northeast. It is observed that lack of socio-economic development is the root cause for social upheaval and insurgency in the region. However, one of the most vital impacts of insurgency and similar social issues is the influence that they exert on literature. Literature, as a mode of expression, gives authentic presentation of contemporary situation. It is worth mentioning here that huge numbers of books and essays have been written on the problem of insurgency by various northeastern writers. Thus, the insurgency problem of northeast has led to creation of various literary works in different languages. Temsula Ao of Nagaland is one such writer who has contributed books, essays, short stories on insurgency in northeast and its impact on the lives of common people of this region.

The eighth goal of the Global Action Plan for Noncommunicable Diseases states that at least 50% of eligible people should receive medication and counselling (including blood sugar control) to prevent heart attacks and strokes. Using holistic cardiovascular risk methods to prevent heart attacks and strokes is more cost-effective than treatment decisions based solely on individual risk factor thresholds, and should be part of the universal health coverage core benefit plan. At the individual level, in order to prevent the first heart attack and stroke, individual health interventions should target individuals with high overall cardiovascular risk or individuals with individual risk factors above traditional thresholds (such as hypertension and hypercholesterolemia). However, the delayed recognition and diagnosis of celiac disease can cause permanent damage to the heart. Heart failure can be life-threatening, but early treatment for heart disease can help prevent complications. This can cause heart disease, which can lead to complications and problems.Cardiovascular disease (CVD), despite significant advances in diagnosis and treatment, continues to be the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. To improve and optimize cardiovascular disease outcomes, AI can fundamentally change the way we approach cardiology, especially in imaging, offering us new tools for interpreting data and making clinical decisions. Artificial intelligence techniques such as machine learning and deep learning can also improve medical knowledge by increasing the volume and complexity of data, providing clinically relevant information.

The poem is an elegy in name but not in form; it employs a style similar to that of contemporary odes, but it embodies a meditation on death, and remembrance after death. The poem argues that the remembrance can be good and bad, and the narrator finds comfort in pondering the lives of the obscure rustics buried in the churchyard. The paper will delve into how the poet celebrates the death of anonymous people and criticise the idea of fame and tombs erected on the burials of famous people only.
