A field experiment framed in split plot design was conducted to check response of cluster bean to irrigation and nitrogen levels under micro sprinklerat research farm of All India Co-ordinate Research Project for Dryland Agriculture, Dr. PDKV, Akola during 29 January to 28 May 2015. The experiment comprised of three main treatments of irrigation (I1,I2, I3) and three sub treatments of nitrogen (T1, T2, T3) with four replication. Seasonal water requirement of cluster bean was found to be highest under irrigation level at 1.2 ETc (I3) followed by I2and I1. It was found lowest under irrigation level at 0.8 ETc with micro sprinkler irrigation. Amongst the irrigation levels, treatment I3 (1.2 ETc) was found to be significantly superior over treatment I2 (1.0 ETc) and I1 (0.8 ETc) in respect growth and yield of cluster bean. Gross returns and benefit cost ratio were higher in I3 followed by I2 and I1. Nitrogen treatments also significantly influenced the growth and yield parameters. Nitrogen level T3 (30 Kg/ha) recorded significantly highest growth and yield parameters followed by T2 (25 Kg/ha) and T1 (20 Kg/ha). Gross returns and benefit cost ratio were highest in treatment T3 followed by T2 and T1. The total irrigation water applied highest in treatment I3 followed by I2 and I1. Irrigation level at I3 recorded highest water use efficiency.

Ever since the inception of the literary works of Black Africa the fascinating conversations and discussions pivoted around the common regional vernacular language of different regions of Africa and literary languages. The Contemporary writers, scholars, critics, linguists, and the readers of Black Africa had a major problem of what language is more profound for literary works. Multilingual Africa has different vernacular languages which placed the writers in a situation to what language to adopt for the literary works. The pre-colonial period confined the literary works to a particular region, opportunity, and limited readers of a given language community.

It is vital that credit card companies are able to identify fraudulent credit card transactions so that customers are not charged for items that they did not purchase. Such problems can be tackled with Data Science and its importance, along with Machine Learning, cannot be overstated. This project intends to illustrate the modelling of a data set using machine learning with Credit Card Fraud Detection. The Credit Card Fraud Detection Problem includes modelling past credit card transactions with the data of the ones that turned out to be fraud. This model is then used to recognize whether a new transaction is fraudulent or not. Our objective here is to detect 100% of the fraudulent transactions while minimizing the incorrect fraud classifications. Credit Card Fraud Detection is a typical sample of classification. In this process, we have focused on analysing and preprocessing data sets as well as the deployment of multiple anomaly detection algorithms such as Local Outlier Factor and Isolation Forest algorithm on the PCA transformed Credit Card Transaction data.

Corporate governance has been a dominant policy issue in developed market economies for more than decades now. but since the mid-90s it has been one of the most hotly contested issues. In the wake of the Asian Crisis, corporate governance has also become a catchword in the development debate. Countries and stock exchanges are competing to produce corporate governance guidelines, and OECD is about to publish its own principles. But how important is corporate governance? Corporate governance is likely to matter more in certain contexts or certain phases of economic development than in others. Despite its theoretical flavour, this way of looking at corporate governance has important practical implications. It opens up the firm, and its management, to pressures other than that from shareholders.

(Present study attempts to do research on the productivity of public banks in India. On the basis of productivity indicators, a variety of statistical values were computed from 2001 to 2015. To assess if a distribution is normal, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests are employed. Levene's test is used to determine the homogeneity of variance, and the mean is used as the basis for variance comparison. In order to evaluate the dependent samples' hypotheses, the Kruskal-Wallis test was used.)

The primary objective of this study is to assess the effect of artificial intelligence on the cybersecurity environment, particularly in the area of cyber-attack mitigation. The world is changing at a breakneck speed, and businesses that embrace technology have a bright future ahead of them [1]. Digitization has accelerated the pace of change in a variety of areas, including entertainment, new goods, and business [1]. The client receives what they want immediately since the service provider is armed with everything necessary to provide goods or services [1,2]. While the digital age offers many benefits and conveniences, it also has a few drawbacks. The danger of losing your private information is one of the most serious and damaging risks associated with it. Over the past decade, there have been many instances of identity theft, data breaches, and financial loss. Cyberattacks are often widespread, affecting people, government entities, and companies. Cybercriminals may now reach their targets from anywhere in the globe and at any time. The assault surface in contemporary business settings is enormous, and it is growing at a breakneck pace. This implies that evaluating and enhancing a business's cybersecurity posture requires more than human involvement [2,3]. Artificial intelligence is increasingly critical to information security since these technologies are capable of rapidly evaluating millions of data sets and identifying a broad range of cyber risks, ranging from malware attacks to suspicious behavior that may result in a phishing assault. This system is always evolving and improving, relying on previous and current events to identify new types of attacks that may occur today or tomorrow. In this paper, I will discuss the employment of artificial intelligence (AI) in cybersecurity (both positive and negative) in the business world.

As we know that research is to see what everybody has seen and is to think what nobody else has thought. So, research has got a very deep meaning. Research indicates those things which can be indicated and seen by ordinary persons and is to ponder about those things which nobody else has thought about before. Research is a very important and significant issue. Here in the study of research methodology has been evaluated the introductory issues of research methodology, objectives of research, types of research, research approaches, significance of research, research methods vs. methodology, the differences between methods and techniques, research and scientific methods, criteria of good research, problems encounter by researchers in India, market research and its characteristics. Research has got its larger importance in resolving several operative and development problems of business and industry. Research also investigates about Operations enquiry and market investigation, along with motivational exploration, are also being measured over here. Research also measures the various methodology by which profitable results can be attained. Market investigation is the investigation of the structure and growth of a market for the purpose of resolving the bordering efficient policy for gaining, production and sales. Operation investigation is the process which gives references to the request of scientific, logical and methodical systems, it also highlight about the factors to the key of business glitches, and also about the cost of minimization or of revenue maximization or what can be named as optimization of difficulties. So, specifically the study aims at researchers to get well acquainted about the research process and the research methodology as how the research work should be approached.

Taslima Nasrin, a Bangladeshi writer, paid not only national but also international attention in 1994 when a vague group of religious fundamentalists declared a fatwa sentencing her to death and demanding her trial on charges of blasphemy. Women have to play different roles like mothers, faithful wives, sisters, defensive angels governed by male dominated society. In Indian the head of the family is either father or any eldest male. The main focus of this paper is to explore Gender discrimination, feminism and role of modern literature in the fiction of Taslima Nasreen. In this paper different theories of discriminations like gender and feminism and the opinions of the people have been discussed. It gradually proceeds to the understanding of how most of the works were perceived by the reader with reasons for such change in her perception about men.

Udupi, otherwise spelt Udipi and also known as Odipu, is a city in the Indian state of Karnataka. Udupi is situated about 55 km (34 mi) north of the educational, commercial & industrial hub Mangalore and about 422 km (262 mi) west of state capital Bangalore by road. It is the administrative headquarters of Udupi District, and one of the fastest growing cities in Karnataka. Udupi is one of the top tourist attractions in Karnataka and has various educational institutions. It is notable for the Krishna Temple and is also known as the temple city. In fact decentralization, which is often identified with devolution deconcentration of power or administration is seen and viewed as precursor for democracy to exist and operate. Incidentally this argument came at a time when globalization was enveloping the world through the mediation of capital, cultural symbols, even through the market. Incidentally the discourse of decentralization came largely as part of prescription by the international institutions to the problems afflicting the developing countries. However Contemporary debates on decentralization have revolved around three important issues: issues of historicity, issues of expanding democratic spaces, and finally inclusive growth as well as inclusive politics of social categories. One of the categories which is often neglected in the discourse of decentralization is the women categories. They are largely seen either as indifferent categories or apathetic categories. The participation of women in politics is largely essentialized for four important reasons: one, it would empower women as political category, two, it would lead to the creation of an egalitarian society and thirdly it would help in gradual progress. Finally it would help in the creation of autonomous women, both as social category as well as political category. Meanwhile there are apprehension being expressed on the ground that given the prevalence of gender bias, and also absence of property rights, women continues to remain non-political in nature and that they would not emergence as autonomous categories in the overall politics. In fact womens participation in politics has given rise to different perspectives.

Although it seems idealistic to have ones motivation completely based on receiving positive reinforcement and self-improvement in order to achieve personal success, perhaps it is not realistic. Motivation based on avoidance chasracteristics may be detrimental to ones self in excess, but it may be a detrimental to ones self in excess, but it may be a necessary tool in some regards towards the development of long-term approach and mastery goals.A delicate balance of both approach and avoidance motivation may lead to a more well-rounded and successful individual.Imagine a workplace scenario in the modern fast-paced American business world in which there are no deadlines, no bosses, and no competition.Sure this would be the ideal place for mastery and approach type goals in which an individual could spend all of his or her time developing their skills and knowleadge, but this is not the case.No matter how mach enjoyment people receive from their work, people in the business world must unavoidably perform tasks in the midst of deadline threast and competition in order to perserve. They most definitely face some anxiety and fear about not meeting their employers standards and perform tasks based on avoidance motivation in order to prevent from losing their jobs. They may also aim to perform tasks better in comparison with co-workers both for an ego-boost and for avoiding social incompetence..These anxiety and stress-inducing situations may not be what we desire as individuals or what is desired for optimal human success, but they are undoubtedly present and encountered in our lifestyles.Without them would anything ever get done,If mastery goals are an individuals only source of motivation and they receive purely pleasure out of performing a task I doubt they would ever make the statement, Well this is good enough. How could they feel they have accomplished their goal if something can always be improved upon, They would always continue to strive for the mastery of the particular task or skill.
