Background: Rock climbing places extreme forces on the upper extremity. The various grip techniques transmit extremely high forces through the tissue of the digits, hand and forearm resulting in a variety of acute and chronic injuries. Climbers present a stronger imbalance, it is probable that they have more difficulties in controlling and protecting their joints and are, therefore more exposed to joints instability, joint surface over-use and/or ligament tear. For this type of injuries hand rehab can be given which can improve their strength and prevent injuries.

Background: Rock climbing place physical and mental demand which often requires strength, endurance, agility and balance. Tremendous muscular activity is required for Pulling and pushing activity whereas very few movements relies heavily on the pectoral muscles and serrates anterior causing imbalances in shoulder rotation and alteration in scapula-thoracic motions. Aim: to study the effects of Blackburn exercises in shoulder impingement on pain and disability in rock climbers. Objectives: To evaluate the effects of Blackburn exercises in shoulder impingement

Background: The hamstrings are an important muscle in running, but they tend to be neglected by runners in terms of stretching and strengthening. A tight hamstring is often the result of not stretching before running and could be indicative of strain. Brian Mulligan has developed most brilliant compilation of manual techniques such as Bent Leg Raise and Traction Straight Leg Raise in hamstring flexibility. Objectives: To compare the effect of Bent Leg Raise and Traction Straight Leg Raise on hamstring muscle tightness and lumbar spine mobility. Methods: Total number of 60 marathon runners between age 18-35 years of both genders with more than 1 year of experience were selected by simple random sampling, and were divide into three groups of 20each, Group A, B and C using envelop method. Subjects in Group A received Bent Leg Raise technique and static stretching, Group B received Traction Straight

This paper focus on classification of signatures of four different types of aircraft prototypes. In order to classify the signatures, Support Vector Machine method is proposed. This procedure is designed to pair wise generate optimally aligned signatures by back tracking along the optimal alignment path. Classification results on these prototype signatures show that this method is quite robust in classifying the signals with unequal duration, compared to nearest mean classifier and Dynamic Time Wrapping method. Classification results were observed for different MSSNR for both classification methods. This paper also focused on reconstructing signatures based on the alignment path
