 Abstract

Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined process of evaporation from soil surfaces and transpiration from plant tissues. Its rate is a very significant factor for supporting irrigation management decision. ET is one of the most important components of hydrologic cycle which is calculated from records of climatic data and geographical attributes of a metrological station. Reference Evapotranspiration (RET) is an important index of hydrologic budgets at different spatial scales. This can be treated as a complex process in the hydrological cycle that influences the quantity of simple RET model survey widely according to regional climate conditions. It is often an important variable in estimating Actual Evapotranspiration (AET) in rain fall- run off and ecosystem modelling. Many RET estimation methods have been developed for different types of climatic data, and the accuracy of the method varies with climatic conditions. The international commission for irrigation and drainage(ICID)and food & agriculture organization (FAO) of the united nations have proposed using the Penman- Monteith method a the standard method for estimating Reference Evapotrapiration (RET)and for evaluating other methods. The objective of the present study is to estimate daily, monthly, annual Reference Evapotranspiration(RET) and to compare different RET models with hat of standard equation Penman-Monteith to ensure the sensitivity. Sensitivity analysis is a useful and common way to study o n regional and seasonal behavior of RET in response to changes in climatic variables. The results were then calibrated with statistical variations like Root mean square error (RMSE),Mean bias error(MBE), Mean percentage error(MPE),Nashco-efficiency of Efficiency (NCE). In this study RET estimated by the Turc (R2=0.254& NCE = 89.96%) method yielded better comparison onto that of standard Penman-Monteith method.

Since he was the professor of English literature, therefore European poets influenced upon him was obvious. Close reading showed how he was influenced by various European and American poets and scientific upsurge across globe. Despite being influenced, he held high the native temperament and sensibilities, and dealt them in poems with utmost Bengali nuances. His intensity to wielding poems with new available images drawn from wild setting gave a paramount height to Bengali poems. The paper tries to focus on how Jibanananda Das was influenced by foreign writers and how he acquired a unique place, with the help of his sizzling craftsmanship, among Indian poets till date.

 Abstract

Purpose: The present study is an attempt to analyze the gap between customers expectations and perceptions towards banking services in Wardha City. Design / methodology / approach: A research model is developed based on the literature. For the purpose of study data collected from 300 bank customers from Wardha City of Maharashtra. By using in structured questionnaire, statistical measure like Mean has been used for analyzing the data. Findings: The results reveal that the expectations of the banking customers exceeded their perceptions in all the five dimensions i.e. Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The Tangibility dimension has the highest gap scores in the expected v/s perceived level of service quality followed by Responsiveness and Empathy whereas the gap score is lowest for the dimensions Reliability and Assurance. Contribution of the study: The result of this study provides a valuable reference to the bankers in Wardha city to focus relatively more on dimensions having the highest gap scores in the expected v/s perceived level of service quality for improvement.

 Abstract

System is historically one of the main dimensions where people in India are socially differentiated through class, religion, region, tribe, gender, and language. Although this or other forms of differentiation exist in all human societies, it becomes a problem when one or more of these dimensions overlap each other and become the sole basis of systematic ranking and unequal access to valued resources like wealth, income, power and prestige . The Indian Caste System is considered a closed system of stratification, which means
