Administration of justice is the foundation of a civilized society. In every society, the administration of justice is considered as a divine function. With the passage of time, this function eventually got transferred to the court under established judicial system. Judiciary is the branch of the government whose task is the administration of justice. It deals with the system of law courts in a country. It is one of the essential functions of the state. It is only through the administration of justice that citizens are made to realize the existence and the importance of the state. Since the early period of Christian era Manipur have had experienced various types of judicial systems according to the mantle of the ruling elites of the time. The systems vary from traditional to colonial systems and to that of modern ones during the post-colonial period. The traditional judicial system also can be sub-divided into two phases. Similarly, during the post-colonial period also can broadly be divided into two such as judicial system under constitutional monarchy and after Merger with Union of India. In this paper, the writers are attempting to explore and critically analyzing the nature of various judicial systems found in Manipur through the ages.

In this paper, we show the Mahatma Gandhi's approach on self sustainable rural india through various approaches such as ambar charkha as a gramodyog. For this purpose, the initiatives taken by government for rural people are also included. Also KVIC has been identified as one of the major organisations in the decentralised sector for generating sustainable rural non-farm employment opportunities at low per capita investment. The government also gives the different schemes which are helpful to make rural India self sustainable. The ambar charkhas are very economical to all people and it is initial low cost as well as good productivity instrument. All this discussed in this paper.

The focus of this paper was to analyze the role of IoT and monitoring systems in the automobile industry. The automobile industry is growing at a faster rate as the world population and demand for vehicles increases. The trend of IoT in automobiles is increasing every day due to the proliferation of automatic vehicles. This will cause many changes in the automobile industry as many customers look at improving their interactivity with their vehicles [1]. Modern industry is embracing the use of computer chips and sophisticated sensors to control how vehicles operate in various environments. The mass interconnectedness of many functionalities in vehicles is now a common phenomenon in car manufacturing. This will continue to advance as the demand for more efficient vehicles increases [2]. Automotive IoT incorporates many devices in their systems to optimize the functionality of their products. Most of these interconnected devices are complex and collect large volumes of data that will be processed in real-time. Common devices that form the automotive IoT include sensors, GPS trackers, and cameras. The main role of incorporating IoT in automobiles is to optimize the manufacturing process while also making transport manageable and more efficient. It also makes automobiles more intelligent when moving from one point to another. The advanced IoT features are effective in-vehicle interaction, predictive maintenance, road safety, enhanced quality control, and minimized human errors [2].

A Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is a region that has economic laws that are more liberal than a country's typical economic laws. The goal of a SEZ is to increase foreign investment. One of the earliest and the most famous SEZs was founded by the government of the people's Republic of China under Deng Xiaoping in the early 1980s. The most successful SEZ in China is in Shenzhen. Following this example, SEZS have been established in several countries, including Brazil, India, Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Russia and Ukraine.

Evaluation of Amino acid contents of stems, leaves and fruits from four selected medicinal trees like Acacia tortilis, Prosopis cineraria, Salvadora persica and Tecomella undulate growing in, Nagaur district of Rajasthan was carried out from three different sites of study area for analysis. Among all the four plant species the maximum number of free amino acids was found, 12 in fruits of Salvadora persica and while minimum number were found 7 in leaves of Acacia tortills and Tecomella undulata .Maximum total amount (56,5 mg/g.dw.) of free amino acids was found in the stems of Acacia tortills while minimum (11.7 mg/g d.w.) in the stems of Salvadora persica. Maximum amount (35.5 mg/g.d.w.) of the total bound amino acid was observed in the fruits of Tecomella undulata followed by fruits of Acacia tortilis (33.5 mg/g.d.w.) while minimum (9.0 mg/g.d.w.) in the leaves of Salvadora persica. Thus the medicinal trees of this arid region of Rajasthan are good source of free and bound amino acids.

Gender differences in mood have been interesting in research for many years. There are many mood states which are said to be associated with cardiac disease. Aim: the present study aimed at assessing gender difference in cardiac patients. Methodology: 8SQ questionnaires were administered on 30 males and 30 females from different professions having cardiac illness. Results: there was significant difference between male and female patients in mood states, guilt and extraversion. Conclusion: male and female patients of cardiac illness exhibit similar levels of anxiety, stress, depression, regression, fatigue and arousal. Female patients are more guilt prone than male patients and male patients show greater extraverted mood states than female patients.

This article makes an effort to examine the role of SHGs in financial literacy in West Singhbhum, Jharkhand. For many nations, increasing access to financial services is a pressing social and economic need. Commercial banks in India are primarily responsible for achie ving financial inclusion within the parameters set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). However, commercial banks have been enlisting the help of other social and financial entities like co-operative banks, RRBs, SHGs, joint liability groups, and other NBFCs due to the enormous size and diversity of the population. Due to the country's low literacy rate and the large amount of its population that continues to live outside the official financial system, financial education in India is becoming more important. This study aims to provide a glimpse of the current state of financial literacy in India by using many polls and the many financial education programs launched in India.

Fluoroquinolones are among the pharmacological agents being investigated for potential anti-SARS-COV-2 activities. The antibiotics are used either to resolve bacterial infections co-existing with COVID-19 infections or exploitation of their potential antiviral activities. The heavy use of antibiotics during the COVID-19 pandemic would likely worsen antibiotic resistance crisis. So, the present research is focused on the modification of existing norfloxacin at its C-5 position for increasing its antibacterial pharmacokinetic properties and biological activity and for this a detailed in study is reported using ADMET lab 2.0 ADMET lab 2.0 is used for the designing, systematical evaluation of ADMET properties and physicochemical properties of the modified drug. The norfloxacin derivative is showing lesser respiratory toxicity value and increased potency as compared to the existing drug norfloxacin.

Evidence of malicious insider activity is often buried within large data streams, such as system logs accumulated over months or years. Ensemble-based stream mining leverages multiple classification models to achieve highly accurate anomaly detection in such streams, even when the stream is unbounded, evolving, and unlabeled. This makes the approach effective for identifying insiders who attempt to conceal their activities by varying their behaviors overtime. This dissertation applies ensemble-based stream mining, supervised and unsupervised learning, and graph-based anomaly detection to the problem of insider threat detection. It demonstrates that the ensemble- based approach is significantly more effective than traditional single- model methods, supervised learning outperforms unsupervised learning, and increasing the cost of false negatives correlates to higher accuracy. It shows effectiveness over non sequence data. For sequence data, this dissertation proposes and tests an unsupervised, ensemble based learning algorithm that maintains a compressed dictionary of repetitive sequences found
