 Abstract

This study examines the rapidly growing payroll outsourcing industry through the lens of SWAS Pay, a new market entrant adopting a Software-as-a-Service model. The global payroll outsourcing market, valued at $9.9-$12.01 billion (2021-2024), is projected to reach $15.5-$24.36 billion by 2033, driven by a 5.04%-7.45% CAGR, as organizations prioritize cost efficiency, compliance automation, and scalable HR solutions. SWAS Pay's hybrid approach combines full-managed payroll services with AI-driven SaaS technology, targeting small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) in BFSI, healthcare, and IT sectors that seek to mitigate risks associated with multi-state operations and complex labor regulations. The paper analyzes three critical success factors: (1) Operational efficiency through automated tax compliance and error reduction, (2) Cost optimization by eliminating in-house payroll infrastructure and training costs, and (3) Strategic HR reallocation, enabling clients to focus on core business functions. SWAS Pay's competitive differentiation lies in its integrated compliance dashboard, real-time analytics, and dedicated account management SwaS feature that bridge the gap between software automation and personalized service. Implementation challenges include data security concerns inherent to third-party payroll management and the high customer acquisition costs in a market dominated by established players like ADP and Paychex. This research investigates the consequent expansion of the pet care industry in urban India, with a particular focus on its anticipated market growth and underlying consumer trends. Projections suggest that by 2025, the Indian pet care market could burgeon to a valuation of $2.8 billion, propelled chiefly by heightened pet ownership rates, especially in major metropolitan hubs like Bengaluru. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis with qualitative insights garnered from interviews, surveys, and industry experts. By examining the perspectives of both pet owners and service providers, it aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the evolving pet care landscape in urban India post-lockdown. The research elucidates the concerns of pet owners transitioning back to work routines, necessitating reliable and tailored pet care solutions to balance their professional commitments with the needs of their pets. Key findings underscore a burgeoning demand for convenient and personalized pet care services encompassing pet sitting, grooming, veterinary care, and behavioural training.

Cybersecurity risks have promulgated the researcher's argument for efficient and effective models for managing incidents. Most traditional methods of executing tasks entail using human resources, which results in slow performance and costly errors. Understanding the new role of AI and ML applications in RPA for optimizing the progressive execution of automated incident management in contextualizations of cybersecurity is crucial for this paper. With the integration of AI and ML, the RPA can analyze large volumes of data and find inconsistent patterns and probable threats quickly; hence, better responses can be made. This paper also reviews different AI and ML approaches that might be applied to ensure efficient threat identification, pattern recognition, and incident resolution. Only practical examples are presented to illustrate the algorithms' effectiveness. Further, the paper presents primary issues and alternatives that cover technical issues and ethical concerns regarding the employment of AI-activated automation. As highlighted in the study, adopting RPA by incorporating AI and ML enhances service delivery and minimizes the time and resources needed to manage the incidents. Therefore, it is a rich source of knowledge enhancement for modern cybersecurity mechanisms.

This seminar paper will analyze the important role of microfinance in fostering business development in small businesses. Microfinance, as a financial service, aims at extending credit, savings, and insurance to people without access to conventional banking; it is proving to be a very powerful tool for entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. This paper discusses the transformational effect of microfinance on micro and small businesses with regard to resultant opportunities and challenges. Accordingly, this paper aims at analyzing the role of microfinance as regards its contribution towards propelling the growth and sustainability of micro and small enterprises. It reviews and analyzes the financial constraints from among such firms and shows how microfinance helps raise a capital of an enterprise to begin, expand, and invest in their companies. It also researches on the role of MFIs in delivering appropriately developed products including microloans, and business training that addressed the respective specific needs of the micro and small business owners. The seminar paper also explores the extended impacts of microfinance on micro and small business development. Thus, it moves on to examine how microfinance could help trigger job generation, poverty reduction, and economic growth through its benefits of income generation and entrenchment of local economies. On the social and empowerment effects of microfinance, the social paper engages in discussions around financial inclusion expansion, improvement of livelihoods, and enhancement of gender equality. However, the seminar paper addresses challenges and limitations of microfinance in micro and small business development. The issues are on high interest rates, constrained access for capital to specific sectors, and lack of efficient skills in the management of business by entrepreneurs.  Abstract

Diaspora refers to the displacement or scattering of people from their original geographical homeland or region to some other land or region. It is often used to describe communities or groups of people or individual who have been forced to leave their ancestral lands and relocate to other regions of the world. Diaspora refers to the sense of displacement, nostalgia and alienation. In postcolonial literature, the concept of diaspora plays a vital role in exploring the themes of identity, displacement, hybridity and cultural resilience. Postcolonial writers have drawn the issue of diaspora in their works as central theme to explore the impact of colonialism on individual, community and culture. Amitav Ghosh is one of the prominent postcolonial writers, who is captivated with diasporic issues such as displacement, alienation, exile, immigration. Ghosh's novel The Shadow Lines is one such work which aims to depict the struggles of diasporic individuals and their battle to create and maintain a concrete identity. This research paper is an attempt to discuss identity crisis of diasporic characters and their search for identity in the novel The Shadow lines.

 Abstract

At present, the G-20 group is an influential global organization of the world's 20 most powerful economies and some powerful regional groups. However, the G-20 group was established in 1999 to discuss and resolve policy issues related to international economic cooperation and development. But to emerge from the global economic crisis that came after the collapse of Lehman Brothers, the summit of G-20 group was held in Washington, USA in November 2008. In this conference, the scope of the G-20 group was expanded to the level of finance ministers, central bank governors and heads of state as a forum of the world's major developed economies and emerging new global economies. It was designated the "major forum for international economic cooperation" at the G-20 group's third summit in Pittsburgh in September 2009. Since then, the G-20 summit is being organized every year. This year, India has got to host the 18th session of the G-20 group from December 1, 2022 to November 30, 2023. The G-20 group initially focused largely on macroeconomic issues, but its agenda later expanded to now include global issues such as trade, climate change, sustainable development, health, agriculture, energy, environment, terrorism and corruption. Problems have also been given space in it. The purpose of my research paper also focuses on suggestions based on the need to become aware of the scope and importance of the G-20 summit in the present times.

 Abstract

This paper offers an exploratory analysis on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in medical imaging during the diagnosis process with an aim of increasing both accuracy and efficiency. The constantly growing complexity of medical imaging data coupled with the huge burden of doctors to reach appropriate diagnosis promptly and accurately, has led AI into the domain of assisting medical practitioners interpreting their studies [1]. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature and research, this study considers how AI improves diagnostic precision, cuts down interpretation time, and allows early diagnosis of diseases in different medical imaging modalities namely MRI, CT scans, X-rays and ultrasound. This research adds to the knowledge of how AI can transform the imaging practices and healing process through the emerging of opportunities and constraints related to the implementation of AI-assisted medical imaging [1]. Moreover, this paper discusses AI's role in imaging for the providers, patients, and healthcare system together, and how it has revolutionized drug recognition and patient care. Furthermore, the implementation of AI-powered medical imaging devices in clinical workshells involves the account of numerous issues such as compliance with rules and regulations, compatibility with the existing healthcare system and user opinion. Pilot studies and implementation trials conducted in actual clinical settings realize AI algorithms contribute to the process of care workflow design, resources involved and patient outcomes assessment.

The paper attempts to analyze the profitability of State bank of India for the period of Ten years. Apart from studying the trend of different components of both income and expenditure, performance of the bank has been analyzed with the parameters like OPTWF, ROA, ROE, ROI and EPS. There is a significant difference not only between the components of income but also across the components of expenditure. The paper concludes that the profitability performance of the SBI is not consistent during the study period. The bank should focus more on diversification of income and should also curtail operating expenses in order to improve profitability performance.

Emerging technologies, such as robot technology, will impact our future. Just as humans are never content; they're constantly looking for ways to improve, so too are robots. We assess major developments in robots heading into the future and examine potential human and occupational futures. The purpose is on robotic platforms and algorithms for discovering low-computing-power solutions to the problem of identifying and avoiding dynamic agricultural barriers was carried out. The method used Different navigation algorithms are examined in this paper, with the Pure Pursuit Algorithm serving as a benchmark. In order to meet its requirements, the Djedi robot had to navigate the air shafts while causing the pyramid walls as little damage as possible. The goal of this study is to reduce the danger of death and economic loss by real-time monitoring and rescue in hazardous situations such as deep mines and pipe and tube systems. Fast precise tracking control is achievable using MPC and LQR, although these techniques work best in perfectly simulated environments. We can conclude that the relative ease of computing PPA, on the other hand, has made it the preferred approach. Living in this era is the finest thing that could happen, since technological developments are becoming more and more astonishing and because the significance of robotics is becoming more apparent. To these technological advancements, we can now build robots that can do so much more than humans can, making it simpler for us to reach our intermediate and long-term objectives.  Abstract

A detailed survey was carried out in four districts of Red Lateritic Agro-climatic zone of West Bengal.130 no's of cow milk and 120 no's of buffalo milk samples in the third lactation of morning milking were collected randomly from the farmer houses of the surveyed region. Trace minerals viz copper, zinc, manganese and iron were estimated in milk by utilizing Atomic Absorption Spectro Photometer. The data revealed that trace elements in buffalo milk was higher than cow milk. Copper content in cow and buffalo milk was within the normal range whereas, most of the cow milk samples were deficient in zinc. Higher concentration of manganese and iron were found in both the cow and buffalo milk.

The India-Japan-Australia Supply Chain Resilience Initiative was started by the two nations in 2020 with the goal of strengthening and diversifying their trade and investment ties. Additionally, they committed to spearheading the India-Pacific Ocean Initiative's commerce, connectivity, and maritime transport pillars. India has suggested this platform as a means of fostering regional collaboration. The first "2+2" ministerial discussion between the foreign and defence ministers of the two nations took place in 2021, during which they talked about measures to improve their security and defence cooperation. Additionally, they inked a deal on the reciprocal supply and service provision between their armed forces, which will enable coordinated training and operations. They commemorated their 70th anniversary of diplomatic ties in 2022 and reiterated their resolve to collaborate for global peace and development in the Indo-Pacific area. In the areas of digital technology, education, health, and sustainable energy, he also unveiled a number of new projects. The 15th annual summit between their prime ministers took place in 2023, during which they discussed the partnership's development and laid forth their future goals.  Abstract

Partition of Indian subcontinent into India and Pakistan is a permanent blot on British rule in India. In February 1947, the British government announced its decision to transfer of power in India before June 1948. The announcement resulted in the deteriorated law-and-order situation in Punjab. Due to the continuous violence and destruction, the Khizar Hayat Khan ministry collapsed in March 1947. Despite the imposition of martial law, communal conflict raged in Lahore and Rawalpindi from March onwards. By mid-July over 700 non- Muslim homes had been burnt down. The present research paper traces out the devastation and bloodshed in Ambala division of united Punjab followed by British Prime Minister Attlee's announcement of transfer of power in Indian hands before June 1948.

Water is an essential resource for promoting sustainable development and plays a pivotal role as a considerable energy source. Furthermore, the agriculture industry and numerous enterprises also deem it crucial. The global community acknowledges the advantages of ecosystems in terms of water resources. The Earth's surface is estimated to be encompassed by water to the extent of around 75%, the majority of which consists of salt water inside the oceans, accounting for 97%. The remaining proportion consists of freshwater, which is mostly distributed in lakes, rivers, icebergs, and groundwater reservoirs. The supply of freshwater supplies for human civilization is finite, and there is a noticeable decline in its freshness and purity. This research examines the availability of groundwater in Haryana, India, with a specific emphasis on geological parameters like the makeup of underlying strata, topographical characteristics, and patterns of precipitation. The net availability of groundwater in Haryana had a significant rise throughout the period from 1998 to 2017, rising from 724.84 thousand hectares to 1029.67 thousand meters. This expansion represents a growth rate of around 42%. The observed rise in levels might perhaps be attributed to an escalation in irrigation intensity facilitated by canal systems, as well as changes in precipitation patterns. Nevertheless, a discernible discrepancy in the accessibility of groundwater may be seen in the state of Haryana. The districts of Jind and Faridabad have recorded levels over 100%, but Karnal and Panipat have shown marginal decreases. In 1998, Mahendragarh had the most limited groundwater supply, whilst Hisar and Fatehabad showed the greatest quantities of groundwater. Homeopathy and Ayurveda are two of the most notable areas of alternative medication, and the libraries at universities that emphases on these sciences have extensive collections of relevant materials. The motivation behind this exploration was to analyze the library use and student involvement in Homeopathy and Ayurvedic colleges in the Indian state of Gujarat. Both quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection were utilized in this study's methodology. Multiple Homeopathy and Ayurvedic college libraries were overviewed, interviewed, and saw to identify patterns of user involvement and asset utilization. To balance the picture, we additionally took a gander at library metrics including circulation records and digital asset use data. The study's results give interesting light on how patrons interact with and utilize the two library sorts. There have all the earmarks of being a bigger student body studying homeopathy, which might account for the higher circulation and activity levels in the library.
