Abstract Yoga and a Balanced diet assist in attaining extremely high level performance with elite physical structure or a high level of athlete's fitness to occupy the attainment of performance aim for the contesting at all levels. Unlike numerous other forms of training, the practice of yoga unfolds over time to reveal many layers of physical benefits and personal revelations. Now, more and more people are determining the myriad ways that yoga can be used to improve athletic performance from increasing mental concentration and improving flexibility and balance to avoiding common injuries and honing skills in a particular sport. Diet plays a significant role in this cycle. A good diet can maximize an athlete's potential and support high training loads, conversely, a poor diet has repeatedly been shown to have negative effects on training quality, recovery, and adaptation following competition training. Whether by creating an entire training program for elite athletes or by simply integrating a few yoga poses into an existing group fitness class, fitness professionals at all levels can use yoga as an effective cross-training tool for their own athlete clients with the benefits of properly balanced supplied of nutrition's for participation or maintain the athlete posture.

 Abstract

With the start of financial sector reforms in India during 1990's, the process of globalization and liberalization had started. The concept of corporate governance came into existence all across the globe during that time. Corporate governance in banking is different from other forms of business, as it deals with the money of investors and public at large and important to the economy. Banking has its linkages with the real sector and provides a payments and settlement system in the financial system of the economy. Therefore, Reserve Bank and the government has been continuously trying to improve the state of governance in banking sector by introducing specific Acts and set of guidelines / instructions issued time to time. Corporate governance practices need to be constantly evaluated due to uncertain and complex business environment. Corporate governance norms have primarily focused on the higher responsibility, accountability, transparency, quality, tighter regulation for the board of directors and the increase in shareholders' contribution. The aim of this paper is to provide an insight into the existing corporate governance practices in the banks in India. The present paper analyses the major corporate governance initiatives and guidelines provided by the RBI and other authorities with the areas of concerns.

 Abstract

The awakening of new master morality consciousness in a modern slave is the beginning of subaltern assertion in all walks of mainstream society in India. This new realization provides subalterns with a level playing field in a social milieu, which shows how their tit-for-tat spirit helps them to actualize their dream of being a master in society. To become a master, Arvind Adiga's protagonist uses an Nietzschean "will to power" approach. In Adiga's novel, The White Tiger (2008), it could be found that the hegemonic social structure always helps masters to control and maintain their exploitative social setup, Adiga calls it - "the rooster coop", in which all subservient slaves are trapped. This trap allows masters to implicate extreme pain in the lives of the oppressed and use their slaves as objects. The rise of a new master from such a coop is only possible if the effects of slave morality in the oppressed decline and they develop the will-to-power spirit in their lives. Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900) is a German iconoclast who shook the traditional conformist thinking with his popular statement- "God is dead. God remains dead. And we have killed him" to make a way to develop the full potential of a human being through his concept of "Overman" and the "Will to Power". The overtones of Nietzsche's concept of "Overman" and "the Will to Power" could be traced in the life journey of Adiga's protagonist Balram Halwai and his rise from rags to riches. The paper examines the implications of Nietzschean moralistic ideas in Adiga's novel and presents the new avatar of Nietzsche's Overman in Adiga's Balram Halwai and in his aspiration to become a successful entrepreneur.

 Abstract

A bioassay experiment was conducted to examine the effect of alphamethrin on some blood parameters of Channa punctatus. Four concentrations viz. 0.0015625, 0.003125, 0.0125 and 0.025 ppm of alphamethrin were prepared. Lethal value was obtained at 0.025 ppm and all the experimental fish died within 24 hrs. At sublethal concentrations, alphamethrin induced remarkable changes in protein concentration, blood density, bleeding time and clotting time of this fish. Protein concentration was decreased after exposure to 0.0125 ppm alphamethrin for 30 days, while little change was observed in the blood density of fish due to the exposure to alphamethrin, but bleeding times and clotting time were enhanced. The changes became more significant with the increase in concentration of alphamethrin and exposure period. The results suggests that alphamethrin is capable of inducing alterations in the normal haematological values of Channa punctatus. Possible mode of action of alphamethrin in Channa punctatus is discussed.

 Abstract

Insurance occupies an important place in the complex modern world since risk, which can be insured, has increased enormously in every walk of life. This has led to growth in the insurance business and evolution of various types of insurance covers. The insurance sector acts as a mobiliser of savings and a financial intermediary and is also a promoter of investment activities. It can play a significant role in the economic development of a country, while economic development itself can facilitate the growth of the insurance sector. In many developed countries, citizens are to a certain extent protected by social security schemes provided by the government. These schemes offer financial aid to citizens who are eligible on grounds of unemployment, old age, sickness, disability, etc. The social security scenario in India is quite different, having traditionally been the responsibility of the family or community. However, with industrialization, urbanization, breakup of the joint family system and weakening of family bondage, it has become necessary to provide social security arrangements that are institutionalized and regulated by the state rather than the society.

 Abstract

For the present research work, the village level census data of 2001 and 2011 has been used to find out the growth rate of rural population at tehsil level in Punjab-Haryana Plain. The number of tehsils in 2001 was 139 which increased to 151 in 2011. Initially, the tehsil boundary of 2001 has been rearranged according to the tehsil boundary of 2011. During the time period 2001 to 2011, the average rural population growth rate in Punjab-Haryana Plain is 8.76 per cent. The maximum rural growth rate is found in Ferozepur Jhirka tehsil that is 35.88 per cent. On the other hand, the highest decline in rural growth rate is recorded in Gurgaon (-0.73) tehsil. Manesar and Farrukh Nagar tehsils are newly created from Gurgaon tehsil, so 79 villages out of 147 shifted from Gurgaon to Manesar (29 villages) and Farrukh Nagar (50 villages). Further, 36 villages of Gurgaon tehsil also merge into Gurgaon Municipal Corporation during the period 2001 to 2011.

 Abstract

When prepared with the part machine occurrence framework of countless parts, a neural organization in light of a serious learning rule orders the parts and machines into part families and machine cells, separately. This categorization outperforms traditional clustering techniques. The steady-state activation and interconnecting strength values make it easier to identify Part families, machine cells, overlapping parts, and bottleneck machines. Most of neural networks are utilized as a blackbox, with communications with the climate and data obtaining and recovery occurring at the network's feedback and result levels. Cellular manufacturing is a method of reducing material handling costs and setup time by grouping machines needed to make comparable parts into machine cells. In measurable analysis and information modeling, neural networks are frequently used as an alternative to traditional nonlinear relapse or cluster analysis methods. As a result, they are frequently used in issues that can be framed as grouping or gauging.

 Abstract

The main focus of this research is to perform empirical research on the concept of migrating legacy software systems to the cloud and identify and address frequent problems and suggestions that arise. Several academic and industrial applications of legacy system transfer to the cloud present both obstacles and advantages. We've broken down the current migration techniques into three distinct approaches based on how well they've been studied and how far they've been put into practice. Different migration strategies need additional considerations, and as a result, other responsibilities will be assigned. [1]. There are technical and non-technical resources and obstacles in migrating current legacy systems to cloud platforms. Many cloud computing migration problems may be traced back to a lack of awareness and readiness in organizations. This paper sheds some light on the most challenging aspects of re-engineering legacy systems to run on cloud platforms in this essay.

 Abstract

We report the case of a 20-year-old patient followed in the dermatology department for tuberous sclerosis of Bourneville. Ophthalmologic examination found visual acuity of 10/10 P2 with appendages and an anterior segment without notable abnormalities in both eyes. The fundus of the right eye revealed a translucent, greyish-white, finely vascularized nasal para-papillary tumor formation evoking a type I astrocytic hamartoma, with two other small cottony infero-papillary lesions (Figure 1-A). In the left eye, there is a whitish, partially calcified tumor lesion with a papillary diameter and nasal para-papillary site (Figure 1-B). Fluorescein angiography revealed an aspect of early auto-fluorescent lesions becoming hyper-fluorescent late in both eyes (Figure 1-C, 1-D) with a peripheral lesion causing a window effect (Figure 1-E). General examination found diffuse angiofibromas on the face (Figure 1-F) and trunk with achromatic spots on the back (Figure 1-G). The neurological, cardiovascular and abdominal examinations were normal. Chest x-ray, kidney ultrasound, echocardiography, and brain computed tomography did not show other locations. The diagnosis of Bourneville tuberous sclerosis was retained due to the association of cutaneous angiofibromas with retinal astrocytic hamartomas.

 Abstract

Electronic voting machine (EVM) was introduced in 20th centuries, it is widely used. Traditional Electronic Voting Machines can stores only voting count of each candidate. Voter identification and allow for vote is done manually by Polling Officer using voter list. Polling officer use an indelible ink for identifying the fraudulent voter. These methods require additional man power. To overcome these problems, we proposed new technique which is based on Internet of Things (IOT). Here we are connecting voting machine to Internet of things. The user initially as to enroll their faces and their finger print with an id. Later while voting, the users has to enter his Aadhaar id when it matches then he goes for finger print, if any matches the monitor displays id and party short names of every party. The user has to enter that party id using keypad module. Then the party icon will display in the monitor. The vote count of that party will gets incremented and the total vote counts of every party should be updated to the server. As the system using both biometric and the camera, if anyone of them matches the citizen is allowed to vote. The server gets the voter registration id and the vote count of every party. Based on this data, the server sends an email and a message as thanks for voting and also it compares the votes count of every party and shows the leading party.
