The important structural member, pile cap between the column and the piles, transfer forces coming from the column to the piles. A pile cap is a thick concrete mat that rests on piles that have been driven into soft or unstable ground to provide a suitable stable foundation. The concrete pile cap distributes the load of the building into piles. In this study total 9 models were studied which contain First series-four pile caps supporting on 2 piles. Second series-three pile caps supporting on 4 piles along edges. Third series-two pile caps supporting on 4 piles along column edges The pile cap is treated as beam in bending where the critical bending moment for the design for the bottom reinforcement are taken at the face of the column. Pile cap is analyzed by dividing into finite element using structural software for analysis and design (SAP2000).

No country is self-sufficient in every type of resources. One may be rich in one type and may be poor in other. Foreign investors/corporations play an integral role in providing these resources by making investments in the different country. Indian Government have encouraged various foreign investors in different countries to invest in India (direct route) by transfer of technologies. Recently Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) have shown upward trend. The purpose of writing this paper is to explore the role of various increasing indices towards attracting FDI in India. The regression study has been conducted by taking three indices (Independent variables) and FDI (dependent variable). The period of the study covered is 13 years starting from the year 2009 to 2021. The finding of the study is that there is no significant impact of the three indices on the Foreign Direct Investment.

Abstract: Brain tumor is a cancerous or non cancerous mass or growth of abnormal cell in the brain. Although brain tumours are not common, many individuals who have them suffer headaches. In most cases, severe headaches are accompanied by other neurologic symptoms and indications. detection of Brain Tumor is Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans. Is an essential component of targeted therapy is cancer grading. The development of non-invasive, affordable, and effective techniques for brain cancer characterization and grade estimation is urgently needed because cancer detection is so time- and money consuming. Chemotherapeutic drug to destroy the tumor cells and then they include the Sign and symptoms of brain tumor is very depends on the location, size and types for example headache seizures, vision, nausea, dizziness etc. In this paper I tried to summarise the pathophysiology of brain cancer, imaging modalities of brain cancer and automatic computer assisted methods for brain cancer characterization in a machine and deep learning paradigm.

ABSTRACT Mental wellbeing in general is the state of thriving in various areas of life, such as in relationships at work, play we are separate from our problems and the belief that we can handle those problems. Wellbeing is fundamental to our health ad overall happiness. Having a strong and well adopted sense of wellbeing can help us overcome difficulties and help us to achieve our goal in life. Method: A study was conducted by using descriptive cross sectional research design, 60 women of age group between 35-49 (in years) were selected by using non probability purposive sampling technique and they were assessed for their mental wellbeing. Results: Mean score was 50.61 with standard deviation of 6.9. The Chi square test shows that there is no significant association between mental well-being among women and their selected demographic variables. age, marital status, education, occupation, type of Family, total number of children, area of residence, religion, family monthly income, previous knowledge. Conclusion: Our findings reveal that among 60 women between the age group(35-49) years are having mild and medium mental wellbeing in which, 04 women(6.66%) are having mild mental wellbeing and 56 women(93.33%) are having medium mental wellbeing.

A study was conducted by using different concentrations of purified exopolysaccharides (EPS) viz., 100, 200, 300 ppm on the blast disease incidence of rice revealed that the application of the same at 200 ppm concentration could effectively controlled the disease incidence to a higher level when compared to other concentration. The results also reflected the dual effect of pseudomonas exopolysaccharides on the enhancement of host plant growth as well as the bio-control against Pyricularia oryzae whereas the application of Induced Systemic Resistance inducing chemicals confined with reduction in blast disease incidence. Interestingly the Pseudomonas exopolysaccharides at a concentration of 200 ppm level could be optimized as effective one for the control of blast disease in lowland rice.

Geogrids are single or multi-layer materials usually made by extruding and stretching high-density polyethylene or polypropylene, or by weaving or knitting and coating high-strength polyester yarns. The resulting lattice structure has large holes (called holes) that improve interaction with the soil or aggregate. Due to their high tensile strength and stiffness, geogrids are particularly effective as soil and aggregate reinforcement. . Roads in India mostly have problems like formation of potholes, ruts, cracks and localized depressions and settlements especially during rainy season. The reason is primarily the insufficient bearing capacity of the subsoil in a state saturated with water. The subgrade usually provides a low CBR value of 2-5%. In the CBR method of pavement design (IRC:37-2012), the total pavement thickness increases exponentially as the CBR value of the subgrade decreases, which in turn increases the cost of construction. So it was tried to use the geogrid material to increase the bearing capacity of the subsoil. Laboratory and simulated field CBR tests are performed on soil samples with and without by including a geogrid layer and also changing its position in the form. Use the geogrid increases the CBR value of the base and thereby reduces the road surface thickness significantly up to 40%. This study will have a positive cost impact as it will reduce both project and road maintenance costs.

The present study was conducted to develop the ready to cook spicy onion cubes in order to reduce the cooking time and to store the onions over a long period of time, with the nutritional properties enriched spices. The spicy onion cubes were developed in three different variations like variation I ,II, and III. These variation were subjected to sensory evaluation by semi-trained panelists. The selected variation of spicy onion cubes was evaluated for the quality like physio-chemical, nutrient andantinutrient analyses of the spicy onion cubes was carried out along with that the toxicity and microbial analysis were also done. The cost was also estimated. According to the semi trained panalists the result for sensory evaluation was highly accepted. The organoleptic scores for variation I has gone highest mean score for all sensory attributes namely appearance (4.7), colour (4.5), flavor (4.56), texture(4.8), taste(4.7), overall acceptability(4.8) in comparision with other variations. As these cubes contains onion with spices which has enriched nutritional properties, and even more health benefits, which will reach to the consumers within a short span of cooking time by giving the extraoridinary taste to the recipes. The current review insight the chemistry, functional and chemical properties of the phytochemical, advanced delivery system, preparation techniques, various applications, and risk assessment on human health and environments along with current and future prospects of Neem oil. Neem oil is a natural antimicrobial, anti-oxidant, and an effective pesticide and insecticide that has been utilized in storage of food grains and in organic agricultural farming for many decades. It has been used as a therapeutic vaccine in the treatment of skin conditions analogous to eczema, furunculosis, arsenical dermatitis, scabies, and seborrheic dermatosis. The neem plant-based insecticides have been the most widely used bio-pesticides among the various herbs because they contain a variety of limonoids that not only offer a long-lasting pest control mechanism but also guard against plant disease resistance to various synthetic insecticide and pesticide, boosting crop productivity and yield.

The information technology (IT) services are now provided outside of the workplace thanks to cloud computing. Unfortunately, there have been some difficulties with cloud computing. In order to decrease the execution time of users' activities (i.e., minimize make-span), and to maximize resource usage, a good mapping between the resources available and users' tasks is required. This is why the task scheduling problem is one of the major challenges. The purpose of this research is to present and put into practice an improved task scheduling method to distribute tasks from users among various computer resources. The proposed algorithm's goal is to enhance resource utilization while reducing execution time and cost. The suggested technique is thought to combine Tabu-Search, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), and Best-Fit (BF) and improvised Grey Wolf Optimization Technique using Cloud Sim Tool.

The century old metropolises of India have witnessed some kind of organic growth especially at the city core area throughout the ages when development control was partially or not properly implemented. As a result, these cities have ended up being congested and eventually the essential functions also have been fragmented and unorganized. Market or commercial areas as a matter of fact became the center of complete haphazard organization of space with very essential functions juxtaposing on each other and creating inconvenience for them to function smoothly. The city of Kolkata has also suffered the same fate in those age-old commercial hubs of the city which considered to be situated at the core part of the city of joy. In this research the Shyambazar and Hatibagan markets have been chosen to visually study the basic problems of disorganization of space. This area is one of the biggest hawker markets of north Kolkata, which adds up to the problem. On the basis of a few Urban Design parameters the reconnaissance survey has been taken place to establish how much these places are in need of a rejuvenation to prevent them to turn into urban blight. The need to stop the gentrification the need intervention from Urban Design point of view has been established through the research work.

Commiphora mukul Hook. ex Stocks is a well-known medicinal plant and its gum is commonly known as Muqil or Guggul, which is an important herbal drug, widely used in the treatment of many clinical conditions, such as rheumatoid arthritis, hyperlipidemia, and obesity. Out of 165 species, 5 species of the plant are found in India. Muqil has been used either single or in combination with other drugs in Unani as well as Ayurvedic system of medicine for centuries. It is an oleo-gum resin obtained by making deep incision at the basal part of stem bark of Commiphora mukul belonging to the family Burseraceae. Muqil contains special group of steroidal compounds called guggulsterone, which are responsible for its therapeutic activity. E and Z guggulsterone are major constituents, which account for its use in arthritis. Other bio-active alkaloids present in Muqil include Naringenin, Cembranoids, Myrrhanol-A, Ellagic-acid, L-arabinose, Myrrhanol B, Muscanone, Diayamgambin, Quercitin,1-8 cineole, Mansumbinoic acid and Mansumbinone. Various preclinical and clinical studies have been conducted to evaluate its pharmacological activities. In this review paper, an attempt has been made to explore anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant activity of Muqil, a herbal drug, used in the management of Rheumatoid-Arthritis.
