Aluminum was successfully used as the material for the chassis frame, a main structural member of heavy-duty trucks, to significantly reduce the truck weight and so allow the payload to be increased. The shape and configuration of the aluminum frame design were optimized while maintaining strength and rigidity equivalent to those of a standard steel frame by using computer-aided-engineering analysis. The stress analysis is important in life prediction of components to determine the critical point which has the highest stress. In this paper were are going to change the material of the chassis frame instead of using cast iron. The values of the equivalent stress, equivalent strain and total deformation are compared between cast iron,A354 alloy and A356 alloy. The analysis was done for a truck model by utilizing a commercial finite element package ANSYS workbench

Abstract: Background: Low back pain (LBP) is commonly accompanied by radiating pain in one or both legs and experienced by people of all ages. Many professionals are using laptop and computers in non-desk setting situations at the table, and on the bed and floor tend to stay in a static posture for long periods which can lead to poor spinal alignment and bad ergonomics. LBP is the leading cause of Years Lived with Disability (YLD) being one of the major public health problems globally that requires attention and may also to take physiotherapy intervention. Aim: To evaluate prevalence of LBP in work from home IT professionals. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 892 work from home IT professionals of Anand city, aged between 20-45 years fulfilling the inclusion criteria. Subjects were selected by a convenient random sampling method and general assessment was taken. Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) was used as the outcome measure. Data were analysed using SPSS software for descriptive and analytical statistics. Results and Discussion: Total 892 subjects (582 males, 310 females) selected based on inclusion criteria. The mean age was found to be 26.25 + 5.21 and the mean ODI score of all the subjects was 7.16 + 8.61 belonging to the minimal disability. Result shown that 91.31% subjects had minimal disability, 7.61% had moderate and 1.09% had severe disability, while 0% were crippled and bed bound. Out of total subjects, 69.05% reported LBP and 30.95% had no LBP. Conclusions: There was significant amount of prevalence of LBP among IT professionals while doing work from home. This study showed that the majority of IT professionals doing work from home experienced minimal disability due to low back pain according to the ODI scale.

This review paper discussed the nanomaterials used in concrete and focus on the effects on concrete resists by impact loading at elevated temperatures. Basically, the use of nanomaterials is to increase the performance of concrete, so its use is increasing in the field of concrete technology drastically. Numerous studies found that the use of nanomaterials in concrete improves the strength, durability, and other mechanical properties. The nanomaterials are beneficial to improvements in strength characteristics of the concrete. The studies found that different nanomaterials used in different amounts in concrete and kept at a temperature of 12000C then concrete tolerate high temperatures up to 4000C. The nanomaterials possess the tendency to accelerate the hydration reaction and fill the micropores, so they create the dense microstructural concrete. More the denser concrete more its strength. By doing comparative studies on nanomaterials found that some nanomaterials have unique property such as nano-zinc oxide act as a corrosion inhibitor and nano-alumina controls the setting time. All these aspects make nanomaterials added concrete essentials and sustainable materials for construction purposes.

The Bankometer model has been developed by International Monetary Fund to identify financial soundness of banks. The Model helps to find the solvency scores of the banks to avoid insolvency issues and to measure the financial position by taking into account the contribution of each ratio in the model according to the IMF (2000) norms. The present study attempts to make comparison between top 5 public & private sector banks (Market Capitalization) on the basis of Bankometer model from a time period of 2010 -2020. The top 5 public sector banks undertaken for study are SBI, IDBI , PNB , UBI & BOB & The top 5 private sector banks undertaken for study were HDFC , Kotak Mahindra bank , ICICI , Axis & Bandhan bank. For all the banks solvency score (S) has been calculated. It was concluded from the study that the S-score of private banks is more than public banks, which implies that the financial position of private sector banks is better than public sector banks. Among the public sector banks SBI bank is the most solvent bank & Bank of Baroda held the last position , whereas among the private sector banks HDFC bank is the most solvent bank & Bandhan bank is ranked last .

With the inexorably universal nature of Social organizations and Cloud processing, clients are beginning to investigate better approaches to cooperate with, and misuse these creating ideal models. Interpersonal organizations are utilized to re?ect certifiable connections that permit clients to share data and structure associations between each other, basically making dynamic Virtual Organizations. We propose utilizing the pre-set up trust framed through companion connections inside a Social organization to shape a dynamic "Social Cloud", empowering companions to share assets inside the setting of a Social organization. We accept that consolidating trust associations with reasonable motivator instruments (through ?nancial installments or bargaining) could give considerably more feasible asset sharing components. This paper diagrams our vision of, and encounters with, making a Social Storage Cloud, taking a gander at conceivable market instruments that could be utilized to make a unique Cloud framework in a Social organization climate

Cultural consciousness is the essence of revolution. The purpose of this article is to reinvent and reexamine Freirean conscientization in this challenging era of neoliberalism. This article is dedicated to humanity. A humanistic approach towards the emancipatory learning for the masses is the core content of this article. The year2021 is a birth centenary year (1921-2021) of rebellious, pedagogical philosopher Paulo Freire of Brazil, the most internationally recognized rebellious philosopher of Latin America of 20th century.100 years ego, a legacy of love, hope and struggle had been initiated by this pedagogical rebel philosopher against poverty, oppression, ignorance, lethargy and cultural silence, especially in third world countries. One of the objectives of this article is to reveal that how humanization of education system and society at large is possible in this techno centric age. Secondly the new way to analyze the world with the Freirean spectrum of conscientization; a critical consciousness, to enable the masses to know the critical realities of their world and making response. This article also talks about revolutionary pedagogy of human existence. Which cannot be brought by any external entities be it religious, social or political. It ought to be brought by the holistic transformation from within and insight in to various layers of own consciousness. Hence this article works on the agenda of provisional and generalizable knowledge that can be used constructively in the struggle to define and redefine the world. As education is for democratic empowerment, cultural and social justice, respect for diversity and finally transformation of the masses.

Real estate sector in India is witnessing a huge uprising in current period as it has become as one of the essential contributor in the growth of the Indian economy. The RERA Act 2016 helps to protect home buyers right as well as promote investment in real estate sector. The real estate investment trust is alternate financing to improve the liquidity in the real estate sector and easy funding mechanisms available for mid-tier developers with credibility in the market. Government disruptors to increasing the revenue for governments and funding through REITs could help facilitate other key real estate policy implementations. Small investors also disruptors through as real estate capital intensive, REITs allow investment at lower ticket size thereby available for the masses, transparent investment climate with oversight from professionally trained management also easy entry and exit in the real estate sectors. Exist opportunity for institutional investors like developers and financial institutions for alternate financing mechanisms also REITs would play a great role in attracting large institutional long-term investors such as pensions and insurance funds.
