For many years after Einstein proposed his general theory of relativity, only a few exact solutions were known. Today the situation is completely different, and we now have a vast number of such solutions. However, very few are well understood in the sense that they can be clearly interpreted as the fields of real physical sources. The obvious exceptions are the Schwarzschild and Kerr solutions. These have been very thoroughly analysed, and clearly describe the gravitational fields surrounding static and rotating black holes respectively. In practice, one of the great difficulties of relating the particular features of general relativity to real physical problems, arises from the high degree of non-linearity of the field equations. Although the linearized theory has been used in some applications, its use is severely limited. Many of the most interesting properties of space-time, such as the occurrence of singularities, are consequences of the non-linearity of the equations.

In the 21st century the role of translation has become even more significant. Translation studies are not only an interesting but a challenging job also it is highly skillful action and profession in the twenty-first century. Translation practice is an intercultural activity through languages, with adequate sensitivity and knowledge of the cultures of both the languages, the translator becomes a mediator who creates the scope and means to transfer the meaning and experience of the original text into another language. In this paper, I intent to explore the role and scope of translation in the globalized world. How translators play a vital role to build a bridge between two different cultures, language and customs. This paper provides a panorama of the many perspectives in which translation is becoming an essential for us and far interdisciplinary studies Translation studies, the theory of translation and courses on translation are introduced and implemented at University level all over the world.

The first week of April produced two landmark judgments for multinational pharmaceutical companies trying to make their mark in India. On April 1, the Indian Supreme Court denied patent protection for Glivec . On April 5, the Delhi High Court dismissed a claim by Merck's Indian subsidiary , that Mumbai-based Glenmark Pharmaceuticals should be barred from marketing generic versions of the hit diabetes drugs Januvia and Janumet. By allowing generic versions of these three drugs to flood its market, India seems to be sending a strong message that pharmaceutical manufacturers outside its borders will not have unlimited pricing power over its market of 1.2 billion people. India's denial of patent protection, therefore, raises questions about the pharmaceutical industry's ability to make a profit in the world's second-most populous country -- and it adds fire to the debate over whether the industry's obligation to provide access to life-saving drugs should outweigh its drive for profits. The decision of the Indian Supreme Court to deny Novartis' application for patent protection for an improved version of its Glivec drug - the culmination of a seven-year battle - has certainly made world headlines and put the spotlight on generic drugs and the practice of evergreening, which could have a significant impact on the local pharmaceutical industry

Interoperability means the ability of making the systems work together. Interoperability between e-services is important because the services provide benefits like easy access and also the coordination between the services at lower cost. Many meaningful services are provided to the citizen. Using service oriented architecture interoperability between different e-services is established so that it will be easy for the user to access different services through a single point though they are provided by different organizations.

The advent of Globalisation and Postmodernism has drastically changed the way human beings have understood the world. These two together have changed the contours of the world for ever. In India too, our centuries old habit of coexistence was questioned by the unbridled flow of ideas related to identity and religiosity, a product of post modernism and Globalisation. This paper is an attempt to construct the future of two notions like multiplicity and plurality in the context of the emerging geopolitical order at one level and the emerged postmodern bend of mind, promoting all sorts of identities.

The BChE activity was mainly localized in the inner segment, outer and inner plexiform layers, horizontal cells, amacrine cells, muller cell and layer of nerve fibers of retina of Gallus dometicus. The LRC, OPL, INL, IPL,GC and LNF revealed strong BChE activity in normal retina. An in vivo exposure condition has not shown any variations in the enzymatic activity in all layers of retina. BChE is very significant component of the layers of retina and might be playing significant role in neurotransmission of visual impulses especially in birds.
