The response surface and contour plot was generated on computer screen in order to study the pictorial form of behavior of response variables using the prediction model equation as for overall effectiveness of separation. The mathematical model was evaluated for its adequacy by testing the grader for three samples with factors constant at above level (49 kg/min feedrate and 34.6% slope). The overall effectiveness of separation of grader was found to be 61.02 per cent with + 0.69 standard deviation. The corresponding average grading efficiency i.e. weight of fruits correctly graded out of total weight of fruits taken for grading was 88.20 per cent. This lower overall effectiveness of seeration and lower average grading efficiency can be attributed to the difference between the major and minor diameter of fruit (fruit being not perfectly spherical) ranging from zero to 5 mm and the orientation of fruit (either major diameter/minor diameter perpendicular to slope) while conveying within the diverging gap between two pipes of each pair, which caused the maxing of various grades of fruits.

The variety of chilli used for testing the chilli seed extractor coupled with grader was Jayanti. The physical characteristics of chilli are shown in Table 1.2. The bulk density of chillies was 0.074 gm/cm3. Weight of 1000 chillies was 656.20 g. The husk content, seed content and pedencle content was 57.85, 35.09 and 7.06 per cent. The moisture content was 9.00 per cent and colour was dark red. The test results of the chilli seed extractor coupled to seed grader using chillies of variety Jayanti provided by Highway Block of Dr. P.D.K.V., Akola are shown in Table 1.3. The sample size was 100 kg chilli fruits and replicated five times. The total seed coming from both the seed outlet was 39.94 per cent. Husk from husk outlet was 60.03 per cent though which 032 per cent seed loss was observed. The material collected from cyclone was 4.43 per cent through which the seed loss was observed to be 0.15 per cent. Out of the total seed falling on the grader unit (sieve unit) the upper sieve separated the oversize material such as pedencle, husk pieces, etc. to the tune of 3.20 per cent in which very low seed content was observed to the tune of 0.072 per cent. The lower sieve separated 88.63 per cent seed in which the husk content was 1.98 per cent and broken pedencles were 0.45 per cent.

Establishing whether or not stock returns are responsive to changes in the capital structure is crucial for analysing overall returns of corporations and estimating the financial performance of specific organisations. The ratio of debt to equity, the return on equity, and the profits per share were employed as independent variables, with stock returns serving as the dependent variable. All of the aforementioned factors were plugged into a regression model to help us get to the bottom of things. Gains in stock price may be explained by a companys low debt load, high return on equity, and rising profits per share. Both changes in capital structure and company performance were shown to have an impact on stock returns. A well-managed financial system is essential for a country like India, which is quickly becoming one of the world's most promising economies. This article uses data from the Bombay Stock Exchange to examine the impact of capital structure on the overall financial performance of one hundred Indian manufacturing businesses from 2014 to 2021. (BSE).We found out that STDR, LTDR, and ROE are all adversely connected with one another using Pearsons correlation and regression techniques.

Telangana region of Hyderabad State is considered one of the cradles of Dalit enlightenment in the Indian peninsula; much earlier than the independence, and before the merger in India, Dalits organized with a progressive, reformistic agenda in erstwhile Hyderabad State. Jagan Mithramandali (1906) is considered the first rallying point for former untouchables, and the legacy of the independent Dalit movement continued till the communist parties started their activities in the region. Among early consolidations, Manyasangham (1911) the Adi-Hindu movement provided an ideological base on the philosophy of equality and a strategy for the Dalits to do better in everyday life. The movement also nursed a political culture for organized protest among the Dalits to fight for their civil rights. After the 1930s, the activities of Andhra Jana Sangham and Andhra Mahasabha appear to be addressed the social and cultural issues related to Dalits that have hijacked the agenda of the Dalit movement. This paper gives a preliminary understanding of the early Dalit movement in the princely state. Further, the paper explains how the communist parties hijacked the whole issue and subjugated the Dalit movement and its reformist agenda; both Telangana Peasant Armed Struggle to the popular Maoist-Naxalite movement.

Rearing of ducks in backyard is a traditional income generating activity of the rural households in Assam. This is one of the sources of income for the rural women particularly those belonging to poor families. Indigenous pati duck of Assam lays around 40 eggs in a year. On the other hand the demand of egg is very high in the state. A large number of eggs are procured from outside the state regularly to meet the demand

In this paper the performance evaluation of Indian mutual funds in a bear market is carried out through relative performance index, risk-return analysis, Treynor's ratio, Sharp's ratio, Sharp's measure, Jensen's measure, and Fama's measure. The data used is monthly closing NAVs. The source of data is website of Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI). 24 schemes were used for analysis. Mean monthly (logarithmic) return and risk of the sample mutual fund schemes during the period were 0.53% and 6.50%, respectively, compared to similar statistics of 0.12% and 7.67% for market portfolio. The results of performance measures suggest that most of the mutual fund schemes in the sample of 24 were able to satisfy investor's expectations by giving excess returns over expected returns based on both premium for systematic risk and total risk.

Strengthening of RC structure using Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) shows better promise for executing their service life. The main objective of this work is to evaluate the flexural behaviour of reinforced High Strength Concrete (HSC) beams. A total of 15 beams of 150 mm X 250 mm in cross-section and 3000 mm in length is considered for this study. All beams were tested under two point loading. The principal variables are percentage steel ratio, thickness of FRP and type of FRP. The performance parameters were evaluated in terms of strength, fitness and ductility. The test results shows that beam strengthen with FRP laminates exhibits increase strength, flexural stiffness and ductility. Adaptive NeuroFuzzy Inference System (ANFIS)based modelling has been proposed to predict the performance characteristics of beams and the predicted results showed good agreement with those of experimental results.

The metal complexes of the Schiff base were pivotal in the development of coordination chemistry. Various Schiff base complexes have been extensively researched due to their antibacterial, anticancer, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antifertility, and herbicidal properties. The chelating ligands with donor atoms N, N, and O have a wide range of biological activities and are of particular interest because they connect to metal ions. It is well known that the presence of metal ions bound to physiologically active substances increases their activity. Although numerous Schiff bases have been explored as ligands utilizing salicylaldehyde and modified salicylaldehydes and amines, no work has been done on the essential nucleus of Schiff bases salicylaldehyde and 2- aminobenzimidazole. The Schiff base metal complexes have been widely explored for their commercial and biological uses. 2- aminobenzimidazole complexes with different metal ions have been synthesized, physicochemically characterized, and biologically active. This article focuses on porphyrins, a ubiquitous family of macrocyclic chemicals that play critical roles in various biological processes, including the absorption of solar energy (photosynthesis) in plants and the delivery of oxygen in animals.
