SRINIVASARAO, VASAMSETTY* ABSTRACT Inclusive education, as originally defined by the Salamanca Statement (UNESCO, 1994), refers to schooling in which all children, including children with severe disabilities, have access to regular classrooms with the help of adequate support. Inclusive education means all learners, children, and youth with or without disability being able to learn together in ordinary pre-school provision, schools, colleges, universities and community educational settings with appropriate network of support services. Inclusive education in special education is a recent concept, and also an accepted approach and general education in the Indian content. A teacher in the regular school focuses on the average learner but is also experienced in handling academically talented as well as slow learners. Inclusion offers a different perspective on the education of child with disabilities in ordinary schools and all children are welcome regardless of difference. In this system, the emphasis is not on treating the deficit but on adapting the environment to accommodate the disability perceiving it as a normal difference. An inclusive school is a place where everyone belong the child is accepted and supports by their peers and other members of the school in the source of training for their educational needs. It is flexible and individualized support system and provided in the regular schools, committed to an appropriate education for all.

Generation Y or less formally, Gen Y is broadly defined as comprising those born over the years from 1981 to 2000. They are the children of the baby boomer generation. It is this segment of the population that will shape the workforce environment and the market place since they are a large customer segment and they are the future accumulators of wealth. The advent of Generation Y as potential employees is bringing new challenges and opportunities for the industry. These need to be understood and addressed. This will help organizations to rethink and redesign their work environment. In spite of the fact that India is a young country there is not enough research on this subject with a special focus on India. Study of the Gen Y in India, is essential since their perceptions, their beliefs and their requirements are all likely to change the way we work, both in India as also impact internationally since India will potentially provide a large number of skilled manpower to the world. This paper aims at a holistic understanding of workplace expectations of Generation Y from an Industry perspective. Citizenship has become a topic of discussion since the proclamation of the Citizenship Amendment Bill in 2016. The enactment of the Citizenship Amendment Bill into the Citizenship Amendment Act in 2019 raised massive nationwide protests, particularly in the North-Eastern states of India. India is a country committed to the principles of human rights, democratic values, and minority rights. North-Eastern regions are homes of over 230 indigenous peoples. There are eight states which together form the North-Eastern regions and are known as seven sisters and one brother. These states share a border with Myanmar, Bangladesh, China & Bhutan. The region has a history of illegal migrants. Due to the continuous influence of migrants, the demography of the North-Eastern is changing. The legal changes in the citizenship provision by the Citizenship Amendment Act of 2019 have generated fear among the indigenous people about losing their homeland. The primary endeavour of this paper is to examine the provisions of the Citizenship Amendment Act 2019 and to illuminate the grievances of North-Eastern that they have from the Act. Throughout the paper, an effort would be made to understand the government's steps in addressing the grievances of the North-Eastern population.

As of 2020, the Indian food processing market reached a value of almost 31 billion rupees. Although this value depreciated in the following months due to the COVID pandemic, the restaurant industry is rapidly recovering its customer base and profits. In the coming years, we can only see further growth, wherein the industry has a (Compound Annual Growth Rate) CAGR of about 12% for every forthcoming year until 2026.[1] Before one opens a business, a major step in the process is to put in the research for sustainability and profitability. This research is often tedious, and requires inputs from various sources which may or may not require specialized opinions. For example, if a person wishes to open a new restaurant, they need to analyze the target audience, the location, the potential expenditures and the competition. In this paper, we put forward a web application which aggregates all this information and provides it on a single platform. Through this platform, the client can make an educated estimate for their finances and expansion plans.
