Metals and alloys deteriorate due to an occurrence called corrosion. Businesses in a variety of industries, including the oil and gas, food processing, pharmaceutical, marine, automotive, and aerospace industries, regularly suffer loses of this proportion. Nowadays, there are several approaches available for preventing corrosion. Extraction techniques demand to consist of expensive and environmentally hazardous solvents and catalysts in order to eliminate both organic and inorganic inhibitors. Their synthesis process is ineffective in addition to being hazardous for the environment. Here the use of inhibitors that are generated by plants has the potential to significantly improve both the resistance to corrosion and the efficiency of the process. They can be applied with an abundance of materials and in a wide range of situations, are affordable to implement, and are secured for both humans as well as the environment.

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND It stresses that the mother's reaction plays an important role in moulding the behaviour of a child. Mothering styles affect the behaviour of the children and less time spent with children can lead to abnormal behaviour in children. Lot of research had been carried out regarding parenting styles and outcomes in children, but very scanty research is available regarding parental knowledge and child outcome. With changing scenario in India, and with more women working in offices and other areas, quality time spent between mothers and children is gradually decreasing which has both negative and positive effects on children. While children of working women may be self-sufficient, they may suffer from bad experiences.

The improper disposal of gel pens, particularly due to the presence of synthetic dyes in their ink, poses an environmental challenge. This study focuses on the extraction of blue dye from waste blue gel pen ink using the Voltine Method, which leverages gas-induced evaporation for dye isolation. The extracted dye was then applied to cotton fabric to assess its effectiveness in textile dyeing. The results demonstrated that the extracted dye exhibits good color uniformity and colorfastness when applied to cotton fabric. This paper also explores the sustainability of this process, providing an eco-friendly solution for repurposing ink waste. The findings suggest the potential for broader industrial applications in the textile industry.

In a world of globalization, people often need to leave their homeland to live in a completely different culture, away from home, family, and community. Such individuals usually develop a sense of rootlessness and become ambiguous about their self-identity. They try to align themselves with the new culture; however, they are generally not able to adopt it completely, becoming containers for a hybrid culture, different from both the native and the new culture. They are always filled with a sense of emptiness and are doubtful about their true identity and place in this ever-changing world. The various phases of such expatriates can be understood through Homi K. Bhabha's theory of hybridity. This article explores the relationship between homelessness and identity as depicted in Abdulrazak Gurnah's Gravel Heart. The protagonist of the novel, Salim, is a young boy who reluctantly migrates to London because he finds his postcolonial home and homeland chaotic. However, he faces profound alienation and a persistent sense of homelessness in his new environment. This study employs Homi K. Bhabha's theory of hybridity to conduct a close reading of Salim's experiences, examining how these challenges disrupt his life and studies and reshape his quest for belonging. By analyzing key moments of Salim's life abroad, this article reveals the nuances and complications of identity formation in a diasporic context. Gravel Heart not only reflects the personal struggles of its characters but also offers a deeper understanding of the universal search for home in a world of globalization marked by migration and cultural hybridity. This thematic analysis contributes to academic discourse on postcolonial identity, delineating the impact of homelessness on the sense of self-identity and belonging.

Administrative tribunals in India have emerged as an essential mechanism to ensure speedy adjudication of disputes, particularly in socio-economic matters. Created as quasi-judicial bodies, tribunals aim to reduce the burden on traditional courts while providing an efficient and cost-effective alternative for conflict resolution. These tribunals were constitutionally recognized through the 42nd Amendment, empowering the Parliament and state legislatures to create them for specific matters. Despite their intent to expedite justice, tribunals face challenges, including procedural inefficiencies and case backlogs, which have hindered their effectiveness. Though tribunals have helped reduce the workload of courts, reforms are needed to ensure they meet their objectives of timely justice.

In the era of globalization the system which has more or less influenced different languages is internet. Internet is a system which has its own physical grammar. Every user has to reach to it through this system. As a result, all the people of different languages come upon the same platform after learning in the same language teaching. On the other side, people of different language can spread elements (words and phrases) of their own languages. Different languages of the world have spread the traditional process of enriching their vocabulary through internet. More or less, every language of the world is facing this change.

Abstract: This study explores the impact of parental socioeconomic status (SES) on the academic performance of Adivasi higher secondary students in Tinsukia District, Assam. It highlights how SES factors, including parental education, income, and occupation, create barriers to academic success for Adivasi students, a marginalized community facing systemic disadvantages. Using a mixed-methods approach of quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, the research identifies challenges such as limited access to resources, minimal parental involvement due to economic pressures, and cultural barriers. The study reveals a strong correlation between higher parental SES and improved academic outcomes, emphasizing the need for targeted interventions like increased access to educational resources and parental support programs. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is examined for its potential to promote inclusive and equitable education, focusing on addressing disparities for marginalised communities. The paper concludes with recommendations for policymakers and educators to enhance educational access and foster an environment where Adivasi students can thrive. This research contributes to the broader conversation on educational equity and the critical role of socioeconomic factors in shaping the academic success of marginalised communities in India.

The compound chosen for the in depth study of structural, dc electrical and magnetic properties is gadolinium doped Manganese Cadmium nanoferrites ,with chemical formula of Mn0.3Cd0.7GdxFe2-xO4 (Gd3+ is the rare earth metal ion which is used as dopant and the values of x ranges from 0.000,0.005,0.010,0.015,0.020,0.025. For x=0.000, the compound is in its pure form without any doping.) The above mentioned synthesized samples are analyzed and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),Fourier transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Transmission electron Microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The XRD spectra confirmed the formation of the single -phase cubic spinel structure. The average crystallite size evaluated from XRD data was found to be in the range of 32-36nm and found to be in agreement with the results of TEM. In addition, lattice parameter is found to increase with the rare earth metal ion which in this case of study is (Gd3+) substitution. DC electrical resistivity as a function of temperature was studied by using two-probe technique and found to decrease with increase in temperature which reveals the semiconducting nature of the samples. Simultaneously, the dc resistivity analysis has shown the transition of ferrimagnetic nature of the sample to paramagnetic nature at the Curie temperature. The band gap energy with doping of rare earth content is also studied. The soft ferrimagnetic behavior of the prepared samples is identified from the plots drawn from VSM studies. The soft ferrites have numerous applications that include power supplies, filters switching circuits, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Antennas, Impedance matching devices, Magnetic Sensors, electric motors and various other applications.
