This paper explain stochastic model having dual non-identical units. Here a routine inspection is carried out on the operating unit after doing a normal maintenance. It is also assumed that the operative unit is inspected if another unit is failed. After inspection either the unit is maintained or assumed to be failed after inspection. The decisions about failed unit is done by taking the concept of guarantee period. It is also considered that the unit under maintenance would not fail. After guarantee period, it is to be decided that whether minor replacement or major replacement. A new concept of paid maintenance is taken in this second part. This system is analyzed to determine various reliability measures by using mathematical tools MTSF/MTBF Markov chain, Markov Process. It is assumed that a repaired and replaced unit is good as new.

In this paper, Palm Oil Fuel Ash Concrete developed using palm oil fuel ash (POFA) as a partial replacement for ordinary Portland cement by 0, 10, 20 and 30% by weight. POFA concrete samples are subjected to high temperatures of 200 and 400oC for a period of 2 and 4 hours. The results indicate that the compressive strength is improved by the use of POFA in concrete. At high temperature, POFA concrete showed higher strength than conventional concrete. From the experimental results, it can be seen that 20% POFA performed well.

Twitter is a social network and it can be used by more number of peoples. While open the normal browser many number of pages are opened .In that, number of suspicious pages and malicious pages are occur. It detects the unwanted pages based on the redirect chain and correlation of redirection chain features are extracted from the suspicious URL.Twitter is prone to malicious tweets containing URLs for spam, phishing, and malware distribution. Twitter spam detection schemes utilize account features such as the ratio of tweets containing URLs and the account creation date, or relation features in the Twitter graph. These detection schemes are ineffective against feature fabrications. Since it consume much time and more resources. Conventional suspicious URL detection schemes utilize several features including lexical features of URLs, URL redirection, HTML content, and dynamic behavior. This system investigates correlations of URL redirect chains extracted from several tweets. Because attackers have limited resources and usually reuse them, their URL redirect chains frequently share the same URLs. It develop methods to discover correlated URL redirect chains using the frequently shared URLs and to determine their speciousness. Evaluation results show that the classifier accurately and efficiently detects suspicious URLs and it provides high security against suspicious uniform resource location in social networks.

Peptic ulcer is major health common disorder affecting the mankind. The present study examined the ulcer protective potential of Aloe vera via the assessment of NP-SH and glutathione concentration of duodenal mucosa of adult mice. The non-protein sulfhydryl groups (NP-SH) and glutathione level decreased in ulcerated mice, level of both were variable in response to duodenal mucosal injury. Aloe vera gel treatment showed protection against mucosal damage caused by cysteamine HCL induced ulceration. The present findings showed that aloe vera gel possess huge potential of ulcer recovery by its antiulcer effect.

Literature is the mirror of the society and the litterateurs endeavour to reflect the ditto of the society in it and disseminate all source of information to the people through their writings. Their objective is to renovate and rationalize the society. They inject ideas and morals in their valuable works that it acts like a weapon to realize and put to action in various directions. Literature also helps the people to create nationalistic feeling among themselves and inspire and encourage them for spontaneous participation in any movement of the country. This situation occurred in Orissa by the valuable writings of Oriya litterateurs in the 19th century. They created social consciousness among the people and helped in the political regeneration of the land through their writings. In this context, role of the some of the Oriya women writers is noteworthy. They are Annapurna Devi, Aparna Devi, Kuntala Kumari Sabat, Reba Roy, Sarala Devi, Nirmala Devi, Kokila Devi, Sitadevi Khadanga and Suchitra Devi etc. who had contributed a lot to create national consciousness among the people during British rule.

This study examined the impact of social media and war-related news on one's mental health. The study is a review of literature where the authors found that negative or conflict news may affect your attitude and perception of the world, which negatively affects everyday activities. Also, when exposed to war threats or information, there is a possibility of experiencing the actual stimuli resulting in a variation in the person's mood and mental health. These violent media contents cause sorrow, anxiety, and psychological changes (Petersen et al., 2014). The exposure to graphic violence causes numbing when people become accustomed to seeing these pictures or videos, reducing the impact on emotional reactions, war news, or scary media. Negative news might trigger depression, PTSD, or anxiety. Also, the person may have a pessimistic outlook on life, ignoring or concealing many pleasant aspects. The study revealed that those exposed to terrible news or war news are more likely to experience acute stress. Direct witnesses reported lasting acute stress symptoms but not severe acute stress (Alan and Daryl, 2014). Researchers say limiting media exposure, relaxing, and doing other healthy things can help prevent mental disorders and improve quality of life (Kelli A et al.,.2002).

In this fast growing technological world, there is a huge requirement for area and power efficient digital signal processing systems as they are portable, reliable and cost efficient. In many Digital Signal Processing systems, filtering is playing the key role to remove the noise in which Finite Impulse Response(FIR)filter is widely used. For an FIR filter, Adder and multiplier plays a prominent role. For effective area and improved speed applications, the FIR filter is designed by using Vedic multiplier with adder of different combinations of Logic gates and the fast Add-one and multiplexing CSLA adder with the modified full adder logic, and these are coded using Verilog HDL. The designed architectures of adders, multipliers and FIR filters using developed modules are simulated and synthesized in Xilinx VIVADO 2017.2 software.

The present study deals with assessment of plant diversity in a sub-tropical forest of Langol hills, Manipur, Northeast India. The forest vegetation was dominated by Lithocarpus fenestrata Roxb., Schima wallichii (DC) Korthals and Quercus serrata Thunb. A total of 282 species of plants were recorded from across the study sites, representing 210 genera and 82 families. Out of 282 species, 81, 38, 123, 25 and 15 were trees, shrubs, herbs, climbers/lianas and ferns respectively. Poaceae was the dominant family representing 26 different plant species followed by Asteraceae with 20 different plant species. The presence of large number of species indicates that the present forest harbours high species richness.

As the world's population grows, so does the number of people who are susceptible to high-risk illnesses and diseases. As a result, there is a strong need for health care. In the sphere of medicine, we have a critical need for technological advancement. Lung cancer is one of the most dangerous diseases among all malignancies, with significant fatality rates around the world. CT scans are used to diagnose lung cancer because they provide a precise view of the tumor in the body and track its progression. As a result, an image-processing-based lung cancer detection method is employed to classify the existence of lung cancer using CT scanned images. MATLAB was used throughout this investigation for all methods. We are aiming to get more accurate results by using CT images.

This paper describes a novel approach to improve the power factor (PF) and reduce the harmonics generated by an adjustable-speed drive (ASD) using H-Infinity controller and feasible test is conducted to verify the experimental results. A High-Frequency current injection technique is used to improve the harmonic performance and PF. The High Frequency current at the same switching frequency is injected in the input of a front-end rectifier from the output of an HF inverter. All the switches are operated at zero-voltage switching. The diodes of the rectifier are also operated with soft switching at both turn-on and turn-off. Varying switching frequency with a fixed duty ratio regulates the output voltage. The main feature of this circuit is that it does not require any additional active devices for current injection. The inverter driving the IM is operated using an H-infinity sinusoidal pulse width-modulation technique. The circuit simulation results for 0.5-hp induction motor is presented.
