The state of Jammu and Kashmir has been an object of dispute between India and Pakistan since their emergence from the detritus of the British Indian Empire in August 1947. The two nuclear-armed states have not only fought three bloody wars in the region but have also been fighting shadow wars for quite some time. Today there is a flood of resources are available on views of leaders of both of this country. This paper attempts to study Gandhis views and to analyze his role on Kashmir Issue. The views of Gandhi have relatively significant because he was considered as objective leader between these two countries at that time and also played the role of arbitrator between these two countries.

This paper mainly deals with Swami Vivekanandas one of the most important and universal utterance- Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached. delivered in Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu in a lecture about The Mission of Vedanta to the Indians to get out them from their hypnotized mind in the year Feb, 1897. This paper has tried to found the educative value of this utterance by analyzing the intrinsic, eternal and universal meaning of this utterance, relation and relevancy of this utterance in the field of education and day to day life. For fulfilling this purpose, data has been collected from some primary and secondary sources. In the context of 19th century Swamiji gave this message to the Indians. But nowadays in contemporary India it is still extremely important in the context of the nature of the human beings and social system. Further it is closely related to the aims and goals of education and human life, and what are the ways to get rid from this hypnotization according to Swamiji, have been discussed briefly in this study.

South Africa, was once the Republiek Van Suid-Afrika and apartheid, is now a Rainbow Nation. Having begun to declare their independence from the colonial rule of Great Britain as early as in 1910 through the creation of the Union, the Africans seem to have taken a wrong turn somewhere. Through the apartheid regime the white people continued oppressing and discriminating against the Black (African Coloured) and Indian population of South Africa. The National Party, mainly a white nationalist party, won the 1948 election, ensuring the legal birth of apartheid. In the decades that followed, restrictions and laws were passed which made the border between the white masters and the natives even larger. There is a tradition in South African literature where the farm represents, or is parallel to the country of South Africa itself. In his essay collection White Writing, Coetzee talks about how the plaasroman amongst others, have participated in justifying white land ownership and the construction of an inseparable bond between the Afrikaans man and the land. Thus, his thoughts in Boyhood underline the need for the Afrikaner to construct a bond and a justification to a land which he has in his secret heart and does not belong to him.

Present finding in Semnopithecus entellus supports sexual excitement behaviour. Observation suggests that the Hanuman langur also anticipated the sexual desire presence of females. So penile erection occurs in entellus. Field observation on emotional behaviour suggest that the more frequency of sexual anticipation happened in presence of opposed sex member. Out of total episodes of sexual excitement, 17.71% is spontaneous or random erection and 82.28% of penile erection in the presence of adult were observed during 2017-18 field survey study.

To check the asymmetric impact of globalization on carbon emission from 1973 to 2013 in Bangladesh is the main purpose of this article. Two unit root tests, the ADF test and the PP test, are used to find whether a variable is stationary or not. The NARDL method is appropriate to know the asymmetry and the co-integration among variables. By applying the Wald F test into the stepwise regression result, it is confirmed that there is no asymmetry among variables. So, the linear ARDL method is appropriate to use in this study. The short run and the long run results of the Linear ARDL model indicate that globalization and carbon emission are co-integrated and that globalization significantly increases carbon emission. The positive impact of PCGDP in the long run implies that LPCGDP is responsible for the increase in carbon emission in Bangladesh. The speed of adjustment is 136.62%. Therefore, policymakers should consider these findings to protect the environment.

Luminescent carbon quantum (CQDs) is another type of nanocarbon materials which have increased across the board consideration as of late, particularly in synthetic sensor, bioimaging, nanomedicine and electrocatalysis. Carbon dots are nanoparticles of nanometer size (less than 10 nm but can be as small as 1 nm) which have been first discovered as a by-product of single-walled carbon nanotubes.CQDs show astounding physical and synthetic properties like high crystallization, great dispersibility, photoluminescence properties. Specifically, the little size, superconductivity, and fast electron move of CQDs supply the CQDs-based composite with improved electric conductivity and synergist action. Latest examines on CQDs have concentrated on their fluorescence attributes and photo catalytic properties. The use of natural sources for CQDs synthesis offers advantages of being convenient, cost effective, simple, and readily available in nature.

Background: Seroprevalence of Covid 19 data will be necessary for public health authorities to estimate exposure rates in the general population. Maharashtra is the state with highest number of Covid 19 infections. In terms of Covid deaths, it would rank tenth in the world. Aurangabad is one of the worst hit districts in Maharashtra state, with Covid cases in excess of 35,000.With this rationale a district wide serosurvey was conducted in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra, India. Objective: To estimate the sero- prevalence of COVID-19 in Aurangabad district and also study the determinants of seropositivity of COVID-19. Materials and Methods: A community based cross sectional study was carried out in the households of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) area, peri urban, council and rural areas of Aurangabad district from 10th August 2020 to 19th August 2020 by 20 field teams. Data was collected using Google forms and 3-5 ml of venous blood was collected and transported to Viral Research and Diagnostic Laboratory at Government Medical College, Aurangabad as per ICMR guidelines. Antibody testing was done using COVID-19 IgG ELISA technique on the same day. Results: Estimated sero-prevalence of Covid 19 in Aurangabad district was found to be 5.8%. Sero-positivity was more in corporation area, slum dwellers and Muslim population. More than 93% of the sero positive people had no history of contact with confirmed Covid case. This indicates community transmission. Since the study is representative of the entire district, it can be said that there is little if any, role of lockdown as public health measure.

As of 29 SEP.2020, India has recorded 61,45,291 confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 96,318 1.57% deaths. People have deceased to the infection while 51,01,397 have recovered. Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu have reported the highest number of cases. However, infections are rising rapidly in states like Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. Yet Indias recovery rate continues to rise and now stands at 83.01%. Globally, as of 29 SEP.2020, there have been 3,30,34,598 confirmed cases of COVID-19, across 235 Countries, areas, territories which have led to 99,63,342 confirmed deaths, reported to World Health Organization. The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so its important that you also practice respiratory etiquette. Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Older people and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness. Older adults are consistently reported to be more vulnerable to COVID-19. According to the Centre for disease control and Prevention (CDC), older adults with COVID-19 are more likely to be hospitalized (31-59%) and die of it (4-11%). This risk is much higher in older adults above the age of 85 years.

Abstract This study purposes use of low density polyethylene (LDPE). Plastic waste is one such resource, a major component of solid waste which is abundantly available and disposed of without proper treatment. There has been an exponential growth in municipal plastic waste disposal especially in urban areas which deteriorates the beauty of the landscape. Plastic was found to be an effective binder for bitumen mixes used in flexible pavements. In this study Plastic coated aggregate is mixed with different percentage of bitumen and marshal stability test is performed. The study reveals that the stability and flow value of bituminous concrete in road increases with use of plastic coated aggregate. Plastic roads would be a boon for Indias hot and extremely humid climate, where temperatures frequently cross 50C and torrential rains create havoc, leaving most of the roads with big potholes.

Corona virus pandemic has swept a major section of the world population. In terms of infectivity its higher than any pandemic in the recent past. Corona virus, a member of the family Coronaviridae, spread from bat to human through an intermediate host pangolin. It has lower mortality rate than the previous pandemics in last 100 years such as Spanish Flu(1918-20),Asian Flu (1957-58), SARS Corona virus (SARS-Cov) (2003), H1N1 Swine Flu Pandemic(2009-10), Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) (2012), West African Ebola (2014-16) etc. Research shows Covid spike attaches ACE2 receptor; it leads to a release of cytokine into the blood capillaries near the alveoli and may ultimately turn into pneumonia. The alveoli get collapsed leading ARDF. The pulmonary inflammation proceeds to systemic inflammation that causes multiple organ failure. Drug like Chloroquine, Lopinavir/ritonavir, and Remdesivir may halt the spread of the virus in the body. Antipyretic is prescribed to reduce the temperature. This article comprises of detail mechanism of the dreadful disease along with its diagnosis and proposed treatment. This exploratory study mainly designed to generate awareness and provide information to the individuals who want to know the A to Z of Covid in nutshell. This article may create a pathway to number of upcoming scientific researches and may attract them to work on this field to enhance the probability of inventing appropriate vaccine and medicine to fight against this contagious disease and to win the battle against this Global Pandemic.

Acute myeloid leukemia is a malignancy of proliferative, abnormally, or poorly differentiated cells of the hematopoietic system, characterized by genetic heterogeneity. FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3- internal tandem duplication remains one of the most frequently mutated genes in acute myeloid leukemia, especially in those with normal cytogenetics. The FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3- internal tandem duplication and FLT3 tyrosine kinase domain mutations are biomarkers for high-risk acute myeloid leukemia and are associated with drug resistance and high risk of relapse. Various FLT3 inhibitors are in clinical development, including lestaurtinib, tandutinib, quizartinib, midostaurin, gilteritinib, and crenolanib. Gilteritinib is a small molecule that inhibits multiple receptor tyrosine kinases that also act as FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3. Gilteritinib, a next-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor, is approved in several countries worldwide for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia in adults with FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 mutations. Gilteritinib demonstrated the ability to inhibit FLT3 receptor signaling and production in cells exogenously expressing FLT3 including FLT3 internal tandem duplication and tyrosine kinase domain mutations FLT3-D835Y and FLT3-ITD-D835Y, and it induced apoptosis in leukemic cells possessing FLT3 internal tandem duplication. In conclusion, gilteritinib therapy led to higher percentages of patients with the response and longer survival than salvage chemotherapy among patients with relapsed or refractory FLT3-mutated acute myeloid leukemia.

The Climate diplomacy is an important arena where strength of India was felt and the policy steps taken by India ensured that its image becomes strong and its voice is heard. Using environment diplomacy to find a win-win solution to the problem of climate change whereby the challenges of climate crisis can be met even while maintaining Indias growth momentum has been an important component of the diplomacy of the UPA Government of India. Among the various initiatives taken during 2004-14, India held a major role at global, regional and bilateral diplomatic negotiations, which also established Indias position for strong environment policies. This hypothesis can be verified by the efforts taken by India at the Cancun Summit in 2010, SAARC summit on Climate Change in Thimphu in 2010 and negotiations with Bangladesh on Sunderbans delta during the period. From 2010, SAARC nations also ensured to have a combined statement at UNFCCC, which helped in enhancing regional diplomatic structure and Indias opinion in multilateral forums. The initiatives taken during the period were so strong and necessary that they are still the bedrock for the policies of the present government. For example, the Paris(2015) commitments and the linked nationally determined contributions follow the templates of the commitments that were negotiated earlier. The regional forum also evolved during the period and the focus shifted to the necessities of the vulnerable SAARC countries as they could voice out their strong voices together since 2010. Adaptation became the most important issue in the discussion which was later culminated into commitment goals. A grouping helped South Asia to collectively bargain for more favourable deals. This diplomatic smoothness had not been garnered without strong measures at domestic policymaking like setting up of National Green Tribunal, formulation of India Climate Assessment Report, Indo-Bangladesh Sundarbans Eco-System Forum and National Action Plan on Climate Change. The national measures combined with bilateral, regional and global level environmental diplomacy by the UPA Government enabled India to persuade its interlocutors to appreciate Indias need for maintaining a robust economic growth to alleviate poverty even while putting into place measures to address the challenges of climate change.

Mauritius is a multicultural, multilingual, and multi-ethnic country, based on a mixture of different types of population. In the present condition, people of Indian origin predominantly reside there. As per the World Factbook 2020, the population of Mauritius is 1379365, scattered in many ethnic groups like Indo-Mauritian, Creole, Sino-Mauritian, and Franco-Mauritian. Indian indentured labourers (migrants) carried their socio-cultural values and traditions in Mauritius. Indians from various regions use languages in Mauritius, such as Bhojpuri, Hindi, Gujarati, Kutchi, Mandarin, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu in connection to their ethnicity and religion. Thus, the mainstream still collaborates their historical and cultural identity with their language. Hence, the history of Mauritius is mainly affected by the Indian indentured labourers in several ways. During the indentured migration, the Indians carried their Indian identity with them. However, as per Indian Hindu tradition, the person who crosses the sea will lose their identity. Nevertheless, indentured labourers started to preserve their Indian identity. During the indentured period, people having different culture and social status were living together in one village and working together in sugar cane fields. Therefore, it can be said that there were no cultural or social boundaries the existed among them. At present, Indian culture is the dominant culture in Mauritius. There are the majority of Indian origin people, thats why Indian people called to Mauritius as Chhota Bharat. This paper discusses the importance of Indian culture in Mauritius. Indian people migrated to Mauritius during the colonial period. How did they preserve Indian culture there? What was the situation of Indian languages in Mauritius? It also discusses the Indian food and festivals in Mauritius. Many Indian festivals are celebrated in Mauritius.

The study has been endeavored to unveil the nexus among national savings (NS), gross domestic product(GDP) and foreign exchange reserve (FER) in context of Bangladesh by using yearly data from 1990 to 2018 trough pragmatic analysis by using autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) approach. The study revealed that the variables have long run (LR) associationship though the convergence to equilibrium from LR to short run (SR) 11percent every year. CUSUM and CUSUM square test signified that the coefficient of the estimators of the model are stable. The model is normally distributed and also free from heteroscedasticity, serial correlation. Compared to other variables GDP has most significant impact on savings both LR and SR while FER has the weak impact on savings. It gives the impression that the policy makers and govt. should assign rules and policies that will accelerate the savings to increase the real GDP.

Experiments are conducted using distilled water on hot fluid side and Nano-fluids on cold side of the Heat Exchanger. Nano-fluids are prepared with TiO2 particles of 30 Nano meters size are dispersed in distilled water as per the standard procedures. The properties of these Nano-fluids are estimated using method of mixtures. Mass flow rate is measured using the collecting tank and stop clock. Friction factor is determined by the measured pressure drop across the test length of heat exchanger. The results are presented, enhancement of heat transfer is compared under the same set of operating conditions in tabular form of counter flow arrangement and heat transfer coefficient is compared in a counter flow arrangement with different methodologies. From the present experimental study it is concluded that by using Nano-fluids particles at 0.004% by volume Heat Transfer Coefficient increases from 15% to 45% when compared to pure Ethylene Glycol + Water in a double pipe heat exchanger in counter flow arrangement.
