Agriculture that relies only on direct rainfall is referred to as rain-fed or dry land farming. Irrigation systems are also used for cooling livestock, dust suppression, disposal of sewage, and in mining. Irrigation is often studied together with drainage, which is the removal of surface and sub-surface water from a given area. Irrigation has been a central feature of agriculture for over 5,000 years and is the product of many cultures. Irrigation in India has always been and will always remain the largest user of water as the agriculture consumes more than 80 percent of the water resources of the country. Water resources development and management is largely dictated by the needs of irrigation. The important source of tank irrigation has been constantly decline due to other mode of irrigation, shortage of rainfall, lost of farmer interest, financial problem etc., and the traditional water management of tank irrigation largely disappeared due to modern technologies. Agriculture in Telangana has attracted considerable attention in the past few years, mostly because of the suicides of hundreds of cotton farmers. The tank irrigation system is critical condition. Because farmers are more concerned about Ground water. Without surface water the ground water used for only limited period. The other factors of decline of tank irrigation are conflict among villagers, encroachment, siltation, poor maintenance etc. Except suitable finance, institutional arrangements, improve of user participation are evolved the present condition will continue. The State or Central Governments should take necessary action through Public Works Department, Forest Department, and Village Panchayats (watershed development, water harvesting, revival of small water bodies) to avoid growing water scarcity for agriculture, industry, domestic and drinking purposes.

Every person, regardless of their circumstances, needs a safe and comfortable place to call home. It functions well as a location for families to call home. Many individuals choose to put their money towards the purchase of a home because it is both an essential component of daily life and an asset for the future. However, in today's market, it is quite challenging for a family to be of middle class to buy a property since the prices are so high. As a result, the Government has made the House Loan facility available to every person at a cheaper rate of interest in order to make life easier for the people. In its most basic form, a housing loan allows a person to finance the purchase of a house via the payment of a certain number of monthly payments at a predetermined interest rate. An individual may get a loan from a financial institution, subject to the terms and conditions of the financial institution, such as eligibility requirements and income requirements. In today's modern world, a variety of financial institutions provide customers the opportunity to take out loans at varying interest rates. The interest rate is the most important aspect of the loan. The happiness of customers and the processes involved in obtaining a house loan in both the public and private banking sectors is the primary focus of this comparative research.

Underpricing in new issue market can be called as omnipresent occurrence in almost every country. Though the price performance of an IPO is influenced by various factors, information incoherence is focus of interest in this paper. The paper compiles the theories and suggestion concluded through different empirical results done in this subject. The review categories the theories based on the relationship between main parties involved in the IPO process and how they affect the quality and flow of information among them.

Abstract India is a fertile ground for the development of several enthralling arts and crafts styles. Himachal Pradesh's hill state has a history of different art methods, with the townships of Guler, Basohli, Kangra, Chamba, and Mandi serving as the primary art schools. It has many more art forms to its credit including magnificent pictorial art of murals and miniatures, but the scenic Chamba Rumal stands out. This needle art is so near to the Pahadi miniatures and murals in its vivacity, vividness, and accuracy that it appears to be their copy on fabric. It is also known as "Needle Painting'' due to the similarities. This folk art was often done on household items such as Rumal (Coverlet), Cap (joji), Hand Fan, Choli (blouse), and so on. Among these, Rumal was given a particular position in the world and became known as 'Chamba Rumal.' With royal support, the peasant essence of this art gained a new depth as a classical genre. The method was borrowed from folk art, while the themes were from Pahadi paintings.

New forecasting models must be created, and rigid budgets must be replaced with flexible ones, due to the dynamic nature of the business environment and the shorter product life cycle. So, any organisation should consider analysing cost variances from projected costs. Based on the examination of spending patterns, flexible budgeting entails establishing budgeted expenditure levels for various activity levels in order to track activity. The need of flexible budgeting for expenses is emphasised in this study.

Liposome is a micro particulate colloidal vesicle, in which aqueous medium is surrounded by single or multiple concentric layers of phospholipids. Both hydrophilic & hydrophobic drug can be incorporated, water soluble drug being trapped in aqueous core and fat soluble drug in phospholipids. It offers controlled release, targeted drug delivery thus enhanced therapeutic efficacy and reduced dosing frequency. Several liposomes based drug formulation are approved for clinical use and many are under extensive investigation. Therapeutically, these are used as carrier for drugs, viruses, bacteria, antigen, peptides (antibiotic), vaccines, genes and diagnostic agents. This review discusses about the method of production and extensive therapeutic potential of liposomes as carriers for targeted and controlled delivery.

In this study modelling and analysis of Concrete filled double skin steel tube column is presented. CFDST consists of two steel layers embedding a concrete layer in between. CFDST have many advantages such as high strength, high bending stiffness, good seismic and fire performance. But the columns were proven to have certain shortcomings such as ageing of structures, corrosion of steel tubes. Therefore, the implementation of strengthening techniques with the new material is essential to eliminate this problem. In order to strengthen the CFDST column FRP wrapping is introduced in this study. The study and comparison of confinement effect under eccentric loading on varying different parameters of FRP was carried out. CFDST columns wrapped with FRP are modelled and analyzed using Finite element software ANSYS Workbench16.1.From the analysis results it is found that the load capacity can be increased with the introduction of FRP confinement.

Rapid industrialization and urbanization has led to the over-exploitation and loss of valuable neutral resources, including medicinally important herbaceous plants. Medicinal plants are in important source of compound for the pharmaceutical industry. They are many species of medicinal plant which are rare, endangered or threatened with extinction. Citrullus colocynthis is widely distributed in the desert regions of the world. C. colocynthis has shown to improve constipation, liver diseases, jaundice, typhoid fever, diabetes and asthma in traditional use. As a kind of exterritorialy medicinal material, C. colocynthis has been used in China and introduced successfully. His paper reviews the traditional application, chemical composition and pharmacological effects of C. colocynthis, and provides reference for the in-depth study for the efficacy and mechanism of different components of C. colocynthis.
