Background: Most of the females remain unaware of the use of IUCDs. The objective of this study was to know about the knowledge, attitude, and practice of IUCDs among urban slums women of New Delhi. Method: This was a descriptive cross-sectional survey conducted by using a well-structured questionnaire. The responses collected and checked for accuracy, and SPSS version 26 used for the statistical analysis. Result: Responses from a total of 399 women were collected. The respondents belonged to different professions. Our study found that 47.3% of the respondents were unaware of IUCDs among them, 18% never heard the name of IUCDs and 29.3% only heard the name but knew no more than that. Only 12.41% of respondents were using IUDCs. In our study, 18% of respondents said that the barrier regarding IUCD usage was the fear of adverse effects and 5% believed that IUCD might decrease capacity to do physical work. About 32% never tried IUCDs because their family and friends recommended not to use IUCDs. Conclusion: The study indicates that the level of awareness among urban slums women of New Delhi, concerning the knowledge, attitude, and practice of IUCDs is low. Many educational and motivational activities are needed to promote the knowledge and use of IUCDs, empower slums women to be an active decision-makers for Family Planning.

The healthcare blockchain structure permits patients and healthcare providers to admittance and share health records in a confidential-conserving way. It permits patients to give or withdraw consent for regulating admittance to their records. To protect medical data, this healthcare blockchain uses an encryption mechanism and enforces a smart contract based access control mechanism for regulating access. To create this type of system, we are using Hyperledger fabric for designing our network system. Hyperledger fabric is an open source blockchain framework which helps to develop a network system. Hyperledger Fabric Composer has been used to develop a permissioned blockchain technology, which is suited towards the use-cases that require privacy.

Nanoparticles have wide applications in various fields due to their small size. Under this the plant based nanoparticles has many advantages over conventional physio-chemical methods and has various applications in medicine. In present study the zinc oxide nanoparticles were synthesized using the extracts of petroselinum crispum and piper beetle. 0.01 M zinc acetate dehydrate was used as a precursor in leaf extracts of respective plants for nanoparticles synthesis. The sol-gel route remediation of the zincoxide from the environment is an important step, and it can be achieved by using physical process like sedimentation and filtration. The structural and optical properties were investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) method, Uv-Vis. Morphological analysis by Scanning electron microscope (SEM). The green route of synthesis is rather safe and eco-friendly when compared to chemical route and could be used for the fabrication of Zinc oxide nanoparticles as an antimicrobial agent.

Construction is the major part of everyday life. It requires all the construction material which mainly includes cement and sand. Cement provides the basic strength to the building. The manufacturing of cement is a major issue as it involves pollution on a large level as well as cost of construction also increases. This cement can be replaced by a construction material called fly ash. Sand provides bulk, strength and other properties to the building.

Sea food is a highly traded food commodity among which, farmed tropical marine penaeid shrimps contribute a significant proportion. The present study has been undertaken to investigate the seasonal occurrence and abundance of juvenile penaeids in Gosthani estuary, Bheemunipatnam coast; in order to know the opportunities to get wild stock for aqua farmers. For the study, random samples of juvenile shrimps from the fishery of the estuary, were collected fortnightly between September 2020 to August 2021 and analysed. The results revealed the presence of six species of juvenile penaeid shrimps inhabiting the estuary during the study period. Metapenaeus monoceros and Penaeus indicus were more commonly found in catches and constituted 78.78% of the population. These two species sustained their occurrence throughout the study period, whereas P. semisulcatus constituted 15.83% of the population followed by P. monodon (4.21%). Another juvenile species, M. dobsoni shared a very little percentage of the population (0.8%), whereas small individuals (6mm-14mm) of the genera Metapenaeus constituting 0.38% of the total population, could not be identified to species level. Seasonal abundance of the population is also observed, which can be utilized as irrelevance seed resource for penaeid shrimp aquaculture.

The main aim of the present work was to formulate fast dissolving oral film of Glycopyrrolate. Glycopyrrolate is an anticholinergic medication with a quaternary ammonium structure. It is a potent controller of Drooling observed in children affected with clebral plasy and has low oral bioavailability. This drug also undergoes first-pass metabolism. To overcome all these problems fast dissolving oral films were prepared which helps to improve the bioavailability of drugs. Oral films dissolve fastly along with drugs and mostly all drug absorbs through oral mucosa in the systemic circulation. Oral films were prepared by the solvent casting method. Pullulan and PEG 400 were optimized by using central composite 3 factor, 2 level design based on drug release, and thickness of films. A total of thirteen batches were prepared from which batch containing 50% Pullulan, 20% PEG was found to be best. Oral films of the optimized batch were disintegrated within 14 sec and show 85.60% drug release. The optimized film was further evaluated for drug content, folding endurance, pH values, disintegration time, percent elongation and physical appearance.

Everything is not the same size all the time in life and our path is so crooked. We have to cross the ups and downs of that life and we get obstacles at every step. Just like Anamika has become our representative in real life, it is not that we will realize all the good things in every moment of life but not the bad ones. In fact, the author Kana Basu Mishra has given the example that there is one Anamika in every human being. Anamika is therefore not just a character in the novel, Anamika is the burning representative of our lives. He is surrounded by the people of the society, the people of his house and his surroundings and above all his own position- which puts us in front of a big question mark. Just like the Chakkar novel helps us to raise the question, Anamika throws us, who are we and why?

India and China are the two biggest nations in the world and constitute largest economy and military power in Asia as well as in the globe. Both the countries have developed their diplomatic relations since their formation as political entities. They have concluded many agreements and summits for the promotion of bilateral relations in trade and security arrangements. The trade relation between them has been climbed to some height from its commencement but security aspect was lacked behind too much beyond the expectation. Both the countries have differences and confrontations on many grounds and issues, and are playing proxy war against each other on different platforms. Border conflict continues to poison the bilateral relations. USA has withdrawn from the security arrangement of Afghanistan and Taliban has captured the political system of the said country in their barren hands. The regime change in the Eurasian land mass has brought both opportunities and challenges for the world powers especially for India and China. The Central Asians are mostly Muslim majority countries and share borders with China and Afghanistan directly and with India and Pakistan as extended neighbours. The Kashmir state in India having Muslim majority populations are very prone for the outfit groups to play their cards. In that context the geographical proximity of the Central Asia with terrorist affected countries like Afghanistan and Pakistan have security implications for themselves as well as for India also which are already suffering from terrorism and extremism. China can use the outfit groups with the help of Pakistan against India to play its hidden agenda or to circle India by its geo-strategic arrangement in the region. This paper will not only try to find out a scope for cooperation between India and china in security arrangement in central Asia but also will search for areas of same interests to bring them together on multiforums in South Asia.

Superabsorbent polymer is a polymer of hydrophilic networks that effectively absorb & retain large amount of aqueous solutions. Superabsorbent polymers are widely employed for various applications such as in sanitary products, agricultural and horticultural activities. Superabsorbent polymers are classified into two types natural and synthetic. Natural super absorbents are polypeptide and polysaccharide based whereas synthetic super absorbents are petrochemical based. The type of biomass, dosage of initiator, crosslinker and other factors responsible in changing the absorption capacity of the material are studied. A fertilizer stick was made using the superabsorbent polymer and slow release fertilizers. Trials & biodegradability studies were carried out. The study revealed that the paddy straw- SAP composite can absorb 208g/g of water and it was greatly affected by ph. Paddy straw-graphite oxide SAP composite had an absorption capacity of 326g/g in distilled water. The fertilizer stick was effective in supplying the slow release micronutrient to the plants.
