The University Grants Commission (UGC) has emphasized on training teachers in information and communication technology (ICT) in its new academic guidelines for colleges and universities. Where the teaching-learning process and research activities were badly disrupted due to the lockdown imposed in the country due to the spread of Kovid-19. The UGC guidelines then recommended the continuation of the educational process in universities. Among all the suggestions which include academic calendar, examination forms etc., the UGC said that the faculty should be adequately trained in the use of ICT and online learning tools. The UGC said that university teachers should be trained in such a way that they complete around 25% of the curriculum through online learning and 75% of the curriculum through face-to-face learning. He also said that the universities should strengthen the guidance-council system through a portal displayed on the university website to provide timely guidance and counseling to the students. In addition, each student's assigned faculty advisor and supervisor should maintain regular communication with the students. It also asked universities to develop virtual classrooms and video conferencing facilities and trained all teaching staff on the use of technology. For research-based courses, the UGC recommended teachers to use virtual laboratories, share recorded visuals of laboratory work and available digital resources. It suggested universities to prepare e-content/e-lab experiments. ICT must be used in teacher training in India to strengthen discipline and impart skillful education in teachers.

To assess the risk factors of cervical cancer among married women in selected hospitals at Bhopal.A non experimental descriptive research design was used, using 100 married women who satisfy the inclusion criteria were selected as samples from coastal region using non probability purposive sampling technique and the risk factors of cervical cancer among married women were assessed through structured interview schedule. The risk factors for cervical cancer found to be associated are early age at first coitus, extra marital relationship, number of birth given and using cloth as sanitary napkin. These findings showed that the fisher women are at risk of developing cervical cancer as they had many factors contributing to it. The researcher identified various risk factors of cervical cancer among married women in coastal region and also the study revealed that there were selected risk factors which had statistical significant association with their demographic data. Mass awareness and screening program can be initiated to reduce the magnitude of the problem.

Bearing is one of the most critical machine element in every rotating equipment. Its performance is crucial for proper functioning of the equipment. The performance of the bearing is dependent on its components, its manufacturing precision and the proper assembly of the bearing components. In bearing assembly process the assembly of the retainer/cage and the rolling elements plays a vital role with regards to the functioning of the rolling elements to carry the load evenly. This work is focused on the assembly of brass cage of Cylindrical roller bearing. The proper locking or riveting of the cage of a Cylindrical Roller Bearing is important otherwise it will lead to bearing failure. In this work a special purpose machine is design and developed to ensure correct locking/ riveting of the brass cage. The concept orbital riveting is used in the machine which ensures sufficient flaring of the material of the brass cage resulting in strong locking of the bearing cage. The machine developed are giving positive results in terms of the productivity and the quality of the cage locking process.
